A shame that flowers sent from a relative abroad arrived in a box that had clearly been cut open as a large square piece of cardboard was missing. The label was half missing and there was no delivery note. The flowers were crushed and rotting with many not able to hold them selves up. Not a good present to receive. No response to my complaint to the company by 'contact us' on their site.

i sent a special gift for my grandads birthday which was delivered the next day beautifully presented of bottle of whisky and red wine aftershave and a small plant all in a lovely basket he was thrilled I always this company and have always been happy with there service

My French father in law sent lowers to my wife. Ordered on Monday for Friday delivery. French florist said there was a systems problem. Re-oredered Monday, arrive Tuesday. The flowers are a joke. Half dead, and part crushed. Phoned. All they could say was "we've been in business 40 years".

They send the flowers out by parcel carrier. That should tell you something. NEVER USE THEM.

I ordered some flowers for a very special friend who had lost her Mother the flowers were delivered to the wrong address and turned up two days later after being left with an unknown neighbour.I have complained and left messages and have had no explanation. Very poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Interfone has always provided me with an excellent service for several flower and chocolates I have sent.

They arrange their flowers beautifully and everyone always comments on how long the flowers last.

I'm surprised to see Interfone Flowers rated so low, I have been using for years for my Mum and inlaws. They have always sent beautiful, flowers that have given great pleasure to the recipient. Previous people I had used, Interflora etc had sent much smaller lower quality flowers for more money. I wonder if some people have greater expectations than they should for the amount of money they are spending. It is expensive to have bouquets delivered, if you want the best, choose a more expensive bouquet! Not a cheap one and then grumble.

I experienced poor after sales support from Interfone Flowers. Ordered a teddy for a friends birthday. Told after paying and getting my confirmation that I needed to buy flowers too. It didn't say this anywhere on their website. Requested refund but got no response. In the end, I had to get in touch with PayPal to get a refund. I'll never use these people again!

I have ordered flowers a few times now and have been delighted with the results ,very good quality & value for money and very friendly & reliable service . The flowers were delivered the next day and were beautiful i also sent wine and chocolates to one of my friends, who was very impressed . The website was easy to negotiate and order was processed easily. Was given a courtesy call to check my card message as it had some unusual spellings, which I thought was a very professional and yet personal touch!

I found the goods where excellent value and much better than some other companies I have used and will most definitely be using the them again.
