After reading all the comments on Delicious Diamonds. I was quite fortunate then.
I purchased a Rolex Sea Dweller in 2008 & paid upfront & then had to wait 10 Months after numerous phone calls & promises from them I finally received my watch.I tried contacting them recently to find out about warrenty but as all comments show looks as though theve done a runner!!!

I am not sure how this company still traiding in UK. I ordered a rolex watch- GMT master and which never arrived as promised so I canceled order but than they did not return my money after making numerous phone calls. In the end I went myself to there office and got mymoney back . please please please do not deal with this company.

Paid for a Breitling watch at the start of December 2009 and the delivery was said to be up to 14 days. Nothing ever arrived and no matter how many phone calls I made and emails i sent, nothing was ever getting sent out. I even phoned up to place an order and they told me it was in stock, so when i said wheres my order i placed weeks ago, they had no answer. Might be cheap, but just another online con merchent if you ask me. They didn't even have the backbone to give me a refund so had to get my money back through my credit card company.

Total waste of time and space and full of lies and more lies.

Please never deal with these people. I ordered and paid for a watch April 2009 and i still hadn't got it by November of that year, after dozens and dozens of promises threat from me and more promises. You cannot imagine some of the excuses. There were to many to list but they were incredible. Eventually i lost my rag and issued a winding up order. Would you believe it got a phone call asking me not to follow through with the winding up order and that if i drove down to the office i would receive a bankers order, and to be honest there was one waiting for me. Never again, SO BE WARNED. STRAY CLEAR. I wish that i had gone on line and seen the reviews before i placed my order.

I ordered a jewelry and they send me a different item without any confirmation if its okay. I returned the item and they promised me that it will be refunded to my account in 10 days. months passed keep phoning, emailing and sending letters to them, eventually I asked Trading Standards and Credit card company to dispute it for me after 3 months it's been credited, good thing I paid with Credit Card. whew!!! Beware of this company!!!Think a Trillion times before you do it!!!!

18 months ago I told the same story with the same ending on this review forum. Its is such a shame that this company was able to continue for another 18 months without being closed down. I feel this review forum has not helped in highlighting the problems with this trader earlier. It suprised me that on regularly checking this review site, it seemed that whenever a bad review was posted it was nearly always followed by one or two very good reviews within 24 hours in turn keeping the percentage satisfaction around the 65% to 75%. On regular occasions I objected to a number of entries which did not look genuine and they were removed not to be seen again, but still new ones appeared. STRANGE!!!

I feel I should share my experiences too with this company. I ordered a watch from Delicious Watches and I was told to wait 14 business days (unusual delivery time). When the watch didn't arrived I called many times but did not get through. I also did not get a response on email so I quickly learnt that the only way to speak to these people was to use their online chat. After many conversations on this and countless assurances that I would receive the watch I gave up (approx 3 months at this stage). 2 months later and no refund was given. I then had to contact my bank and do a charge back to get my money. I found HSBC very good at dealing with this but I can't speak for other banks. The process is fairly straight forward for those who need to use it. DO NOT CONSIDER USING DELICIOUS DIAMONDS/WATCHES.

I have only just found this site so my feedback is few months behind. I ordered a Red Gucci i from this company and a few days after my money was received by them I got a call to say my watch was not in stock & would I like another color, which I replied NO.. So i was told that I would have to wait for 2 weeks then my watch would be with me. 2 weeks passed and still no watch. having stored the number that called me, I rang to ask where my watch was, it was excuse after excuse and the weeks kept going by with 'it will be here next week'. I did call them every day towards the end as I was worrying that I was never going to receive the watch or my money back. I did a random check on FACEBOOK to see if the people i had been speaking to were real, and long behold they are their on the delicious diamonds group !!!! Too long has passed so I requested my money back, this I was told would take 5 days to clear into my account... this never happened. I found myself calling daily again and being on the live chat with them. Finally 3 weeks later my bank received a Chq that was paid by person into my account !!!! Odd I say, but finally got my money back. I wish I would have stuck with ordering from Lingray who I have now gone back to.

2 years ago i tried getting a bell and ross watch off these cowboys
like most of the other reviewers it never came they never replied to emails
or phone calls and if i did get through to them the excuse was there agent?
was having trouble getting the watch so after about 6 weeks of this i told them i wanted my money back which took another 4 weeks so they have been doing this for years not just this year i wish i had tried to find out more about this cowboy firm and i would never have gone near them

The company no longer exists.

Trading Standards have confirmed to me their offices are vacant. Anyone waiting for a watch should contact their credit card companies for a refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Act.

my patner purchased a watch they never sent it out and they told us there was a problem with streamline thsts why our refund never was returned to us.Having to get the money back from our credit card thank god we payed with credit card.

I ordered a watch that was listed as delivery within 10 days. They seldom answer mails and the person dealing with it is never available. They promised a refund but after 3 weeks of the promise ( plus the 6 weeks after ordering) i took it up with the credit card company to get a refund. From my experience stay well clear of these guys.

I guess most people have reviewed on here because they have hd problems. I thougt Id redress the balance. I have purchased two watches from this company. There prices were the best I could find from companies that sold exclusively with Omegas own guarantee which I have never found brilliant anyhow. There advice and replies to e mail were prompt and fine and my 2 watches arrived safe when thy said they would. I dont think I can say fairer than that for them. I found them fine.

after 3 months waiting for delivery i am now trying to get a refund do not go near

I ordered a watch from this company in December. When the promised delivery date came and went I asked for a refund, but all I've had in the last three months is lies and excuses. Finally, I was told to get a refund from my credit card company! I'm trying to do this now. Please, please do not go anywhere near this awful company!

My father ordered two watches his and her's in january.Never recieved goods so contacted the bank.Matt they did get a refund but touch and go.What got my blood to boil the fact that they would not communicate with us.What they don't realise the stress and upset it caused due to my dad's ill health and this was supposed to cheer him up after being close to death at christmas time.Every one get's there up's and down's and i can understand if they had financial problems due the current climate,but they continued to trade knowing that.CONCLUSION will never use online shops again.Dad's happy went to ernest jones and got his long awaited watches.

I am still awaiting delivery after two months, with no responses to telephone calls or email messages.

(As per the previous email, they seem to have done a runner.)

However, when ordering by credit card my payment was taken by SagePay / Protx - a third party supplier.

As far as I can now tell, using a third party negates any Section 75 credit card protection. (?)

Has anyone else been told that.?

sorry folks My husband ordered a watch from delicious watches in december paid full price of 5,250 still waiting for it. so as husband was in the area of delicious's headd office he went to see them and they have done a bunk from their premises on 22nd february, apparently they just never turned up for work on that day, so delicious watches is no more and if you are owed anything from them i suggest you get in touch with your bank.
