can't speak highly enough about Maple Manor meet and greet service. we had a horrendous journey to Gatwick, [107 miles in 4 hours 20 mins!] without the prompt service they provided we would have missed our flight. they were equally prompt on our return, many thanks to all the staff, both drivers and telephone representatives. wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have used this company many many times and everything has always been good apart from a hickup where they lost keys to our car but everything was resonably sorted and we were driven home and the next day the keys turned up complete with our car however out last parking with this company did not go so well we arrived at the car park realised we had left the sat nav on the screen so removed it and put it in the glove box on returning from a business trip late at night and driving home the next day we realised that my snooper sat nav had been removed from the glove box of my car and after phoning and emailing and talking to someone and I was advised to contact sussex police this i did but bcp were just not interested so from being the cheepest car park to use they actually worked out being one of the most expensive and as i say they were just not interested in the fact that somebody had taken my sat nav apparently this has happened before I have spoken to my insurance company about it but as the car was left unlocked and the keys left with bcp for them to park it up they will not cover the replacement the sat nav cost around £400.00 so i will not be using this company again

Just got back from my holls, used Gatwick valet for 7 days to look after my car. On returning I asked the chap if my car had been damaged, his reply no. Next day I noticed it had hit a curb stone and suffered damage to the bumper.
Told them about this as you can expect they refused all knowledge and responsibility and referred me to their T/C, how convenient.
Do not use these bunch of cowboys, if you want to keep your car in good condition.
I am at the time of writing arranging to sue them for my costs and will not give up until they are brought to book.

Used Airpark Gatwick whilst on holiday. Someone had only tried to put the top down on our twin top incorrectly then forced it shut to look like it had not been tampered with. On return from holiday as soon as we opened the boot, everything looked wrong and boot would not close.(mechanism for the twin top is in boot)Reported it to Airpark who say it is not the usual kind of damage they see and therefore deny responsibility even though garage say atleast 2 people must have sat on the boot to force it closed.

Efficient and friendly staff, my vehicle was in secure surroundings and they also offered car valeting. Great and will recommend.

My car was damaged when I picked it up from Airparks. Customer services were good enough to fob me off with; "your car must have been damaged by the movements of another customer, you need to claim from your own insurance." They quoted their terms and conditions to me;
We will only be responsible where we are at fault.
We are not responsible for matters that are covered by your car or holiday insurance. You must look to that for protection.
The U.K. temperature will have to fall to -500 c (the freezing point of hell) before I use this 'service' again.

We left our car here Gatwick, BCP for two nights over last weekend, and found the entire experience very unsatisfactory. BCP (now Airparks) look for every way to take advantage of their customers. When dropping off the car, we were running very late due to heavy traffic. Their website falsely states that buses run to Gatwick every 10 minutes - it is actually every 30 minutes! So we were forced to pay them £20(!!!!!) to drive us in OUR OWN CAR to the airport door to make our flight on time. On our way back, due to the very heavy snow in SE England our flight was diverted at the last minute to Luton Airport. We were unable to pick up the car for 48 hours due to the terrible weather conditions, and BCP showed absolutely no sympathy for our situation, and instead charged us £7.50 per extra day.

Having left the Gatwick BCP car park in the early hours of the morning, I arrived at the Dartford Tunnel to find that the £4 in loose change had been taken from my car. The money was not on display, the BCP driver had left me 40p, not even enough for the toll. When you hand in your keys you have to sign to say they are not responsible for anything in the car. Needless to say that in the future I will not use a parking service that parks the car for you.

I found this review very helpful because it highlights the pitfalls of using this cowboy outfit (no disrespect to cowboys.)
