Well, I really wish I'd done some research prior to making my purchase, not a surprize to anyone reading the other reviews but I have't received my goods. Thank god I only spent ?11. Just spoke to my bak the money was taken on the very day I purchased on the website 08/12/09, unfortunately as my bank card is still in date and hasn't been replaced by the new card they issue (Visa Debit)i am not covered, all new cards being issued by them will offer protection.

I Ordered Over £200 Of Christmas Gifts On 6/12/09
I ordered over £200 of Christmas gifts on 6/12/09 and have not received any items. The phone number on the website is never answered and the online help is always offline. I have emailed the company several times and only received a reply when mentioning I would take the matter further. The response said they had thirty days to send my items but they had already sent them. Untrue as items never arrived. Please be aware I paid on a debit card and this is not insured so very little bank can do to get my money back. Do not use this website.

I have bought 3 items from Beautyparlor and paid total of £170.00, this was in the beginning of December. They never replied to my various phone calls, letters and e-mails. I have never received my order or a refund. Please do not buy anything from this company.

I found them on the web. I think that the Daily Mail did a good review about them early last year. Trading Standards can't locate them.
