I placed an order almost a month ago and STILL haven’t reveived my order!! I emailed them at least 10 times and they havent acknowledged any of my emails. Their phone number does not work either. They will charge you and treat you badly. This is NOT a fake review. Please don’t ever order from here.

“Questionable packaging?”

I got my contacts in the mail and I was confused. Because on the package it has a customs declaration. It says that inside the package was mascara that was valued around 5$. To me that very weird to have the wrong price and item labeled on a package.

“Never had a problem ”

Now I have ordered several pairs from fashion-contactlenses.com. I am so shocked to read all the bad reviews. I have always been pleased with my order and know full well it takes 2 to 3 weeks before they arrive. It's coming from the UK so I expect it. I was always e-mailed a invoice from my order. Now it's been 2 years since I last ordered from them so perhaps things have drastically changed which makes me sad. Especially as I had always had a good experience with them. Best of luck to all.

“Rude ”

I inspected them and they appeared to fine. I open the first one, put it in and it is fine, then I open the 2nd one and didn't notice until I opened and went to put in my eye that there was a tear in it. This is the rude email I got back when I asked if I could return for a replacement... We cannot issue refunds or exchanges where contact lenses have been opened, this is clearly stated in our mailings and terms and conditions that opened contact lenses will not be refunded or exchanged, Contact lenses are not sent out to customers on a trial and test basis as they are sterile items that are inserted into the body, As the customer you are told not to open your lenses unless you are happy with them, all contact lenses are sent out in clear vials so the lenses are very easy to see if damage is suspected, or if you feel the color is not for you, we ask the customers not to open and check before opening as damage after opening can only be down to the customer through incorrect handling and care, We do give enough notice on this,   First of all I work in customer service, and would never have reponded like the above. So I wrote back recommending that in the future she should simply explain that if opened you cannot return/refund even if damaged. Then leave it at that instead of going on and on about why they don’t, and making assumptions of incorrect handling etc… I know how to handle them and use them often for costuming. This will be the first and last time I order anything from Fashion Contact Lenses. Something that was damaged should be replaced but to be honest if that was the policy and I would have accepted it without being angry if I hadn't recieved such a rude email from this person...if that is even a real name. Horrible customer service!!!

“DO NOT Order From Them!!!”

Took 2 weeks to receive lenses and as soon as I got them I noticed a slit in one so I had to open it to make sure and it was already torn. Of course did not receive a refund so it was a complete waste of money. This company is a complete joke DO NOT order from them.

I got the eclipse green contacts for 19.95 hoping they look like the picture .....WRONG!! Not even close in color they look completely fake! And to top it off its painful to wear!! That was nothing but a waste of money.....

“Worst company ever”

Do not purchase from this company. They do NOT provide you a confirmation # after placing an order. When you contact them about the shipment, the take minimum 3 days to respond to your email! I haven't received my product yet and its been over a week! I need to call my bank and get my money back.

“Don't Do it, Go Thru Someone Else”

First thing to clue you, is that the site provides NO way for you to go back and see what you ordered, when and how many. No "sign-in" you see, no "account" so no back checking your order. The site says in the fine print that they send an order confirmation, but the don't. I emailed about my long-lost order, and after about a week, a snotty woman emailed me back and with no dates at all, just basically said they are on the way. Don't waste your hard-earned money, and then wait hopefully for a product that will never arrive. I'm retired, so I am going to report them as high as I can go and everywhere else. You have been warned.

“Extremly Suprised ”

I bought a pair of contacts from this company, and after I purchased them I read reviews and I read a lot of bad reviews. I was very nervous and just told myself I wasn't going to get my contacts. But not even 2 weeks after I ordered I got my contacts in the mail. They are very comforatable and I love the color. I never revived a tracking number, and never tried to contact them. Overall I am very happy with these contact lenses. I purchased the Freshlook Colorblends in Gemstone Green, I payed $16.95 for the contacts itself, which is fantastic. Defiantly would order from them again.

“Rip off!!”

I purchased contact lenses from his site,they arrived in plain unmarked vials. The order was for the brand "Extreme Colour" contacts all the sites that I visited the product pictures show the brand name as being clearly displayed on the vials they come in. Additionally the product that I received in no way resembles the lenses pictured ,in fact they look just like the "Funky Eyes" brand contacts that I already own. "Funky Eyes" has been know to come in unmarked vials,I suspect that fashioncontactlenses.com has pulled a bait and switch on me. I am extremly upset,"Funky Eyes" is a MUCH less expensive brand,I feel gyped.

i have had no problems with ordering from fashion-contactlenses.com, my orders have always arrived correctly and i have always managed to get in contact with them and get replies via e-mail, they do not always answer the phone but they did return a message i left on their phone, I was attracted to them as they offer contact lenses at afforable prices, when i first ordered i was worried when i read reviews for them but 18 months on i have had no problems with my 7 orders, they all arrived some quicker than others and some slower but they all arrived as described, My friends at uni also use the company to buy contact lenses and have only praise for the fashion-contactlenses

“Worst online experience ever”

I have never ever reviewed an online experience before this one, and if I could give this site zero stars I would. I have not been paid by a competing company to do this and i swear anyone that gives this company five stars is being paid to do so. To sum it all up, I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Placed an online order, received a confirmation and my credit card was charged. After that complete radio silence. There is no way to track your order onsite. They give you four options to contact them about your order. Live chat (no one ever there), phone (no one ever has answered), text (no response here either), or email (no response). Tried everyone of these several times and have left messages and have received radio silence. Whatever you do don't order from this company.

I was worried when I saw the reviews after I already purchesed. but I found out online contact competitors pay people to write bad reviews, I live in portland oregon , and I ordered them Monday october 21st "standard shipped them" and received them on Saturday only 5 days later its like I got express. I thought I owed it to write them a review , I was suprised I was thinking in my head that it'd have to be a month till I got them. Well for all those who are paranoid or freaking out , calm down. Its not a scam it really works , these bad reviews are probly all fraud. I would highly recomend them , I'm deffinetly gunna buy from them again. I ordered from candycolor contacts and they're in the u.s.a , I live in the northwest and on standard shipping i'd have to say fashion contacts beat them and came like wayyyy faster. It took like a week for the one in the u.s.

Fashion contact lenses have provided me the best service the past year, I keep getting sent discount code orders all ways on time and sometimes they mess up and send me extra pairs haha, I live in South Carolina so delivery is about 5 days for me which is not so bad and the prices are relatively good I get a tracking number within 8 hours of ordering every time overall my favourite site for colored contact lenses will continue to use them and I rev commend to all!

I'm a regular customer at the fashion-contactlenses.com site and I have to say they have never been anything but a pleasure to deal with. The range of lenses is part of the reason I keep going back, plus the competitive pricing, fast shipping and their willingness to correct, and compensate, for any errors or faulty goods. I have ordered a lot of lenses from them in the past few years, one time receiving a faulty pair of lenses that I was immediately refunded for (which then became clear there was a problem with that particular brand, which they then stopped selling), and on my last purchase there was a mix up with the lenses that I was sent, but not only did they swiftly exchange them for the ones that I had ordered but also sent me an awesome extra pair as compensation. Not just run-of-the-mill lenses either, but the oversized big eyes! I can safely say I am a genuine repeat customer who has nothing but glowing feedback for the folks there. I don't think many online shops go out of their way to their extent to keep customers happy, which is why I go back to them time and again for my contact lenses.

“Site = POOR EVERYTHING!”

I purchased my Naruto Sage Mode contacts from them on the 03/31/2013. First off, I understand that them being a UK business they go by pounds, so after I was going to finalize my purchase, it pretty much doubled the amount stated on the site, instead of giving customers who live in different regions the different currency difference. I paid extra for the Express Airsure Tracking (2-7 business days) to ship my order. It's already been a week. I understand that it takes 24-48 hours + the 2-7 days to process everything but still, I have sent them 4 e-mails asking for a tracking #. I've been polite but still no reply. Then I looked at their return policy and it states that regular shipments have to take 30 days to return, but with the Express Airsure Tracking, its a different story but not a different story. They state to ensure your package gets delivered to the correct location, use Express Airsure, which I did and I still didnt get any tracking # or shipment order #. Nothing. They basically, Took my 42.00 dollars and wont reply back to anything. I would have thought otherwise since my friend orders from this site and says he gets his within a week, but I guess its every 1/1,000 customers from how it feels. I recommend you don't order from this site.

On a side note, the latest I am going to wait is 04/10/2013 to receive my order and/or an e-mail replying back to my other 4 same e-mails. If I don't hear back or receive my package by that date, I will make sure everyone is aware not to order from this site and shut them down. What is the point of having all these contacts and certain time frames, if you're not going to treat every single individual customer who purchases from your store, the same courtesy and respect you would for someone who lives within the same country. I'd rather have a site be up front and state a 21-30 day package delivery time, than to say, "oh buy this awesome 2-7 day express airsure tracking delivery and you'll get it within that time frame!" and then after weeks have passed, you're like W.T.F!? I basically paid extra money for you to delivery my package for nothing and it makes me wonder, if it takes this long to get an "express" delivery, how long a standard delivery woudl take.

ya so i ordered my Standard delivery package on 3/20/13 and the current date is 4/22/13 and online it said standard delivery packages take 4-14 days to arrive, i didnt see anything about a packaging times frame. so i sent them an email as well and i did get a response back within a week and the response said that it would take 4-21 days, when in all actuality it has been exactly a month a 2 days thus far. and im like W.T.F!??! so after reading your review it gave me a more clearer understanding of what the current issue is, so thank you for that. have you recieved your order yet? let me know, thanks

“Please reconsider!”

I'm more than certain the people who have left positive reviews are simply people from THEIR company who are trying to keep their rating past one star (I wish I could rate it lower than that). You will never receive your contacts in less than 2 weeks unless you live in the UK, which is where they're from. After paying $31 for my contacts plus the unreasonable shipping, I got the pleasure of waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive. No, they do NOT reply to their customers, in which case they shouldn't have an email if they won't use it. I pushed this all aside after receiving my contacts and even still I wasn't happy. These things are far too fragile. I was trying to pull a small hair from one of the contacts while letting it sit on my other finger. I accidentally grabbed too close to the edge of the contact and it ripped, pulling a small portion of the color off. After going through THIS, I put them in regardless. I've worn contacts before and my eyes adjust immediately to all but the one pair I ordered from this site. They will not stick to my eye (they made me look like I have a lazy eye) and they are constantly irritating my eyes as I sit with them on. Please reconsider your buying options when trying to buy from this site. Too pricey, too long of wait time, no communication, weak and faulty products.

The prices upon the website are in GBP, so if you paid £13.75 GBP it would look like more when converted to $ USD, even though you have not been overcharged.

£1.00 is not $1.00, £ and $ are different
