Agreed to refund flight as it had changed times. No refund after a month . Like other reviews no manager no access to accounts Do not use.

Do not book with this company tried to cancel within the cancellation time ,not accepted ,took money off an elderly lady buying a present for here son , can't understand call operator definitely speaking too fast on purpose to confuse and mislead AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this company! I am very disappointed I have called to book a holiday but the price was different than advertised. They took money from my account and it was not what was agreed. They were trying to take more money and said that if I not pay I will be left with a room with a poor quality and complains will not be accepted. I will report this company

!! DO NOT BOOK !! Terrible unreliable holiday company to book with !! There is no manager to speak to in case anything happens. Was supposed to land back to Stansted and got sent to Cardiff instead with NO COMPENSATION and £300 out of pocket ! Absolutely rubbish company avoid at all costs

We booked our last minute holiday to Olu Deniz with Buzz Holidays and get very good deal and also nice 3 star plus hotel room. They do resort transfers by 14 seater minibus and get your hotel less then 1 hour 30 minutes which is much better then 4 hours coach transfers. Keep the excellent service Buzz.

We travelled to Likya World with Buzz Holidays more then 4 times and everytime we had same quality service and punctuality also very good price for our holidays. Very good customer services and also prompt replies to enquiries.
