Booked a holiday with sunmaster The hotel was apparently 4 star It was horrendous . Dirty and unfit for humans Asked to be moved hotels or flight home but this wasn't possible apparently . On our return home tried to reach a mutual agreement with sunmaster for a refund but all claims rejected Even with photos / videos and drs letter . Now going through the court process and we'll prepared to take this as far as needed .

“Avoid avoid avoid”

written by Dean206 on 05/09/2022

Booked 14 nights ended up with 12 they are false advertising places to stay with out dated photographs, booked to stay at the Golden moon apartments in Kusadasi, which is grotty and dingy and nothing like what was advertised. Had an argument with the hotelier in which he assaulted my wife, so I defended her and as a result got kicked out of the dump, contacted Sun Master who stated that we had to get somewhere to stay as there was nothing they could do until today,as they had to contact the hotel, the hotel said we was aggressive towards them, and just like that Sun Master sided with them even though there was 4 independent witnesses as to what happened, Sun Master will not issue a refund so will deal with them when I get back home, avoid booking any holiday with this bogus company you have been warned !!

Easy to book helpful staff only negative is the price you see on the website is not the price you pay, but a good company to use for a package holiday, would describe themas good value for money.

“Excellent customer service”

written by on 28/05/2021

My original holiday was booked for July 2020. We changed it to June 2021 and this was done very quickly and easily. The holiday was eventually cancelled and Sunmaster got in touch straight away and gave me the different options. We decided on a refund at this time and this was processed with expected funds within 14 days. At every step the customer service and communication has been excellent and when we are ready to book our next holiday, we will definitely be using Sunmaster!

We showed up on the 2nd of August only to find our transfer had been cancelled so we had to pay £70 to pay for a taxi to take us to the la grande Hotel in side, Antalya. We then was told by the hotel you had cancelled the hotel on the 28th July. Me, My wife and 2 children aged 9 and 10 had to walk the streets begging hotels to take us in as they would not due to covid 19. We had to pay £1,200 GBP to stay in a 2* Hotel with only Turkish, German and Russian guests. The staff could not understand anything we said as they spoke no English. We have no transfer to the airport on the 16th August when we fly home. I will be contacting the local newspapers as well as seeing our solicitor to pursue legal representation. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. My sister waited 4 hours in the UK to speak to a man w ho told her a girl was dealing with it and then disconnected the call on her rudely. We have since had no communication from you. I have screenshots of our holiday information from my sunmaster account from the day we arrived with no cancellation stated until 2 Days into the holiday. The flights where not cancelled, So how could a holiday be cancelled and us allowed to still fly. Surely if our holiday was cancelled we would of been informed and the flights cancelled. My screenshot are dated again with no cancellation stated. You have not even been in touch with us knowing all this information. 5 hours we walked the streets looking for accomidation only to find the hotel next door was our only chance. We had to wait for money to be transferred from a friend in the UK to pay for it as we had spent all our money paying for the holiday. My 10 year old son has Autism and 13 days in he is still crying everyday. It was hard for us to encourage him to travel with the promise of the waterslides which he has not been able to use. We have had to seek medical advise and support for him at the stress it caused him. I am also acutely Epileptic and collapsed with a 4 minute seizure on the streets of Side, Antalya as stress is a huge contributer to my seizures. Both my GP and my sons pediatric doctor are in the process of writing medical reports for our solicitor. How can you just abandon us in the middle of a foreign country with no support.

“Dont respond at all”

★☆☆☆☆

written by beachy2015 on 08/08/2020

I was told I could cancel our holiday up until 8th august before our final payment came out of my account with no charge and after the latest restrictions in Spain and not being able to get travel insurance I had no other choice but to cancel. Tried calling and emailing constantly for 3 weeks with no response to any of it at all. Eventually had to cancel my bank card with all the hassle attached to that so they couldn't take any more money out of my bank account which obviously they would of and then I would of had a battle on my hands to get it back or they quite likely would of gone bust anyway. Beware!!! A bad company with no customer service..

“Mis sold holiday in a “newly renovated” hotel in...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by fcCompton126 on 13/06/2020

Was mis-sold a holiday last year for a two week holiday in a “newly renovated hotel” in Turkey. It turns out we stayed in a grubby part of the hotel grounds which had NOT been subject to renovation like the main hotel. I complained to SunMaster whilst in resort and also compiled a lengthy email on our return (there were multiple issues,) only to be offered a £10 discretionary refund as compensation. Will NEVER use again. What’s worse is the hotel we stayed in have shown on social media the area we stayed in last year now newly renovated which they have undertaken this year, during the COVID pandemic as they’ve been closed! Avoid at all costs.

Was wary of booking with sunmaster, as I hadn't used them before. The whole booking process from start to finish was so easy and I was kept up to date with documents etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family and I would definitely use them again. 5stars from me. There wasn't anything I didn't like... And I can't fault them in any way.

We arrived at the airport was met by our driver and of we went. Hotel was fine. Clean and tidy. The only thing was the dining room they kept some of it shut at night and people could not find a table. Also it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in room if only for the first day.

“TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

★☆☆☆☆

written by woodthorne1968 on 27/02/2020

Booked this holiday with SUNMASTER HOLIDAYS it was sold to us as a 5* hotel. The outside of the hotel is great, reception is great but the rooms and restaurant were filthy. The beds pillows and covers were covered in stains the room or bathrooms weren’t cleaned once in the whole week only the bin was emptied, my son had no shower door so had to shower in our room. No fresh towels we had to buy our own toilet rolls from the shop. There were live wires sticking out from the wall. The bathroom was filthy, the decor was really dated and fixtures were falling apart. The staff were very rude. The restaurant ran out of plates and cutlery on a regular basis, cups were chipped. Food was very bland same food everyday. We complained to reception on numerous occasions but nothing was done. Back home we complained to SUNMASTER HOLIDAYS but they said the hotel may be a bit dated but was clean, so basically dismissed everything we had complained about and weren’t willing to do anything at all. We corresponded backward and forward but because they are not members of ABTA basically there is nothing we could do. Will never book with this company again

“easy to book with”

★★★★★

written by Foleyih151 on 26/02/2020

From start to finish found Sunmaster very competitive and very easy to use. We had booked the ideal weeks break in the sun (even the sandstorm didn't dampen our spirits!) Stayed in a lovely clean fresh looking apartment block with a good sized pool and a roof top bar/breakfast bar where you could relax and chill. The flight was smooth there and back despite the weather situation leaving the UK and Fuerteventura. I will definitely consider Sunmaster again for a weeks break in 2021!

“Traveller at 50”

★★★☆☆

written by ChanelBlevins on 18/02/2020

Easy to book, although first correspondence did not arrive, had to ask a few times before confirmation was sent. Docs came through with full instructions on time. Everything ran smoothly until the return: Flight was cancelled... Sunmaster did not and still have not acknowledged this.. Easy jet informed their clients a day before but Sunmaster neglected to forward this information to the travellers. Unlike other travel agents. A simple email could have saved me a whole day at the Airport ( waiting for Easyjet to help) plus the taxi fares and coach travel. (3 Hrs) I could have booked an extra night in hotel then gone to the airport at the new published time if only I had known!

It depends on the airline. When you check in online you should have the option of printing your passes then. Some airlines have the option of having your passes on your smart phone.

First, booking with them is the biggest mistake you have ever made. They probably have not paid the airline/agents yet We found the boarding pass but you have to go on to the carriers site with a code number you get from Sunmaster,, In my case it was Ryanair, once you had the code it was easy to use Ryanairs booking system they are good and easy to use

Hello Baggage is excluded from the price but you can add it at a later date or contact sunmaster's and they should be able to add the baggage for you and give an updated price. I hope this helps. R.D

Hi just to let you know the luggage is not included in the price, but also watch the price of the holiday on line and when you actually book it will be more expensive they tend t0 hike up the flight prices stating the return journey have gone up, to be honest wouldn't touch them again been bitten once. Good luck G.R.D

I think it will depend on the airline. I had to phone Sunmaster to get bags added to our Easyjet flight as I also couldn't do it on line. Apart from this added cost the price did not go up as others have suggested. We were very satisfied with their pricing (the best available at the time of booking) and their customer service. G.B

You should be able to change it, there maybe a fee though. Has the booking been confirmed and paid for or did you just complete the online request and are awaiting callback? They are merely an agent and the flights are booked via carriers, I'd say be prepared for an admin fee if you've had it confirmed and paid for. You'd better call them ASAP! Good luck!
Report this content Taff56 Written on: 03/08/2015
You should be able to change if your alternative dates are available. No idea how much it'll cost but may cost more depending on your new dates? Or you may be lucky if cheaper to go on your new dates although there may be an admin charge? Good luck!

You could have a really large problem, have you book with a budget airline, they may not refund the money at all. Sunmaster can charge up to £100 to amend your booking, that does not included the possible flight charges. The hotel may be more expensive. You would be better off amending your holiday to suit you booking I would say rather than changing your holiday These are Sunmasters terms and conditions. Changes by you If you wish to change any part of your confirmed arrangements, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. This should be done by the first named person (Lead Passenger) on the booking. Whilst we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that the supplier will be able to meet your requested change as amendments can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the supplier. The supplier may charge the amendment charges shown in their booking conditions (which may be as much as 100% of the cost of the arrangements and will normally increase closer to the date of departure). In addition you must pay us an administration fee of £100 per change. Note: Certain arrangements, including most “Low Cost” or so called “No Frills” flights may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements. Sorry I am not bearing good news, however they could be very helpful it depends on who you talk to. They are in business to make money and they will do so any way they can

If you have not received a confirmatory email (do check your spam) then I suggest you get straight on the phone to Sunmaster. ..... I booked a holiday to Egypt paid more for 3 rooms, 1 double 2 twin sea view rooms but because of the children's exam time I had to change the dates. There was a charge which I paid, when I asked for a breakdown of the cost I was told it was due to changing the flight. So I paid it. Got confirmation email detailing what I had booked. Yesterday I paid the hotel in full and printed all the different vouchers only to notice that on the hotel voucher it says three double standard rooms. So I rang Sunmaster who say they have listen to the phone conversation and that's what I agree to. Now I'm not sure what to do as it's not appropriate for all guest to be sleeping in same bed. What should I do?

How about contacting the hotel and asking them to change the rooms? You may be able to liaise with them and request they change the rooms to what you want? It is also worth contacting sunmaster again and asking to speak with the manager and then emailing them the confirmation you have recieved which i assume was correct? Then sunmaster will assist I am sure.
Report this content odgerb14 Written on: 19/01/2015
I am not sure when you are travelling but i would ask for a transcript of the conversation between you and Sunmaster and even ask to listen to said conversation. If it is then proved that you have actually agreed to it then i would contact the hotel directly to see if there is anything they can do to assist you in this predicament.
Report this content alane1946 Written on: 19/01/2015
I have found that Egyptian Hotels bend over backwards to help. In some cases double rooms have two queen sized beds in them anyhow. However as a previous reply said. Contact the hotel, and explain when you are arriving, what you are looking for and I am sure they will sort it. Failing that when you get there have a discussion with reception, and they will more than likely sort it for you. It is however worth asking prior to arriving what the room layout is. It could already be twin large beds, which I have found on more that one occasion in Egypt when booking a double. I would think a transcript as suggested by another reply would be pointless, as what will you do, cancel ?
Report this content julesfal Written on: 19/01/2015
Good luck with trying to sort this out. We had a similar problem when we booked as a family to go to Egypt in December. We booked 3 rooms...1 double, 1 single and 1 family room, which should have been a double bed and 2 single beds. We got our double and our single room, but the family room was a joke. there were 2 single beds in the family room and that was it. My sister and her husband were expected to make do with 2 single beds for themselves and there 2 children aged 4 and 7. When we complained they said there were no evidence of a family room being booked! were they were expecting them to sleep, I don't know!?! After arguing with the staff for over a hour the best we managed to get was a room with a double bed and a single bed! However going off the subject of what happened to me, you may be better trying to contact the hotel personally. Personally, I will not book again with sunmaster due to a lot of additional costs that got added when I originally got my holiday quote. Lack of information is adopted by this company. I went into a Thomas cook shop to try and find out about Visas in Egypt, to which they were very helpful, even though I had not booked with them. I even had to research which terminal I was flying from because sunmaster had not even supplied that information...I rung up to ask and was met with the answer...''errr I think it might be terminal 2'' absolute joke!

Yes I have booked a few holidays with this company. Only thing I dislike is the fact your holiday isn't fully booked till they phone you to confirm and last time the price had gone up and I found it cheaper on another site. So beware.

I wouldn't recommend them, I booked through them last year. Firstly the price will go up as you have to wait for a call before booking is complete and suprise suprise there are a few additional charges. Then 4 days later we were e-mailed telling us our accommodation was not available and alternatives were given miles from where we had selected in albufeira. We found a closer alternative to our original on their website but they wanted an additional £300 for booking that even though the mistake was not ours. They would not budge on this so we ended up cancelling our accommodation booking with them and getting a refund. I then booked my chosen alternative hotel at a cost of £100 more to us not the £300 sun-master were looking for. We has to keep our flights as they were with rynair and were non refundable. But on checking we could have saved £60 booking the flights direct. Personally I would book all elements direct as most of the hotels & apartments they have can be booked through other sites such as Hotels 4 u or Booking.com and you will most likely save money that way also transfers can be booked easily as well through travel republic.

Hi there, We didnt have any issue with Sunmaster. We booked online and next day agent called us to confirm all details. It was slightly higher price cca £30 because flights gone up otherwise everything went smoothly, no problems.
Report this content sayitasitis2012 Written on: 23/10/2014
personally I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. each time I tried to book holidays with them I found it impossible to book luggage hence having to phone them. every time the price of the holiday had gone up substantially making them non competitive. I have given negative reviews on here as well as trip advisor. try them yourself and see how you get on, and let us know how you fared. good luck.

No! If we hadn't visited Turkey before we used Sunmaster to book our all inclusive holiday, it would have put us off going to Turkey ever again.

I've booked a couple of holidays with them and had no issues. Yes the price ended up slightly dearer than quote on internet but that is typical of most internet companies. Unfortunately the last holiday we had booked with Sunmaster was a family holiday and it was through a leading Holliday company. Sadly my step son died and the leading company were not prepared to refund our flights to allow us to change the holiday. I mean who would want to go on holiday to a destination you booked as a family and you were no longer a family! Sunmaster fought our corner and got us a full refund over much arguing with the other travel company. They then got us another holiday in a different location at half the price. Their communication and customer service was superb and I would highly recommend them.

We had no problem and have booked twice with them now once to Gran Canaria and recently long weekend in Majorca. They were really friendly and helpful. But price can go up quickly by the time they have confirmed? They say that's due to price of flights going up which does happen.
Report this content DaisyCollett Written on: 24/10/2014
I found them completely rubbish, the customer assistant on the other end of the phone was really rude. When they say they will call u bak they rarely do and the prices on their website are never the actual prices they always manage to draw u in from the cheap prices on the website and then wriggle out of them on the phone or when u actually go to book the holiday! holiday was completely fantastic but would have been a lot less hassle without sunmaster and their completely incompetant staff!
Report this content PNB47 Written on: 24/10/2014
I have booked twice previously with Sunmaster, and I would suggest that they are a good reputable company, but I have reservations about their pricing policy. They tend to display a very competitive price online, but this invariably increases when you phone to complete the booking. When I asked why, I was told that the website prices were brochure prices, but to me this somewhat defeats the object, because usually internet content would be expected to be 'live' and current.
Report this content julesfal Written on: 19/01/2015
Stay away and go to a better know site like Thomas Cook etc online prices are always incorrect for Sunmaster and you get charged a substantinal amount more when you ring to book
Report this content pk_jung Written on: 06/08/2015
Yes they are pretty good company with insane cheap prices. I booked with them for the 1st time to Santorini, greece. Just pick your dates, flight and hotel and mark down the code in the end. Then phone them up to quote the code and confirm your details. Everything from then on is via email. When you finally go i advise to print your documents and take with you on your holiday. I hope you enjoy your holiday.

Has anyone booked through Sunmaster to go to Lagotel in Majorca? I'm a bit worried after some reviews about hotels not being available when arrived or changed last minute as we party of 2 adults and 4 children and sure it would be hard to put us anywhere if this happened to us.

Never had a problem like that with Sunmaster, been on holiday twice with this company. The only issue I've ever had when making a booking with them is the flights. Last year we had an on-line price we booked the holiday that night (so we thought) only for sunmaster to call the next day to inform us that the cost of the flight had jumped up by about £125 per person. So I would advise you to call sunmaster on the same day/night when you make your booking to confirm the flight costs. Sunmaster pointed out to us that the booking we made on-line is only a request and not a booking even though they take your credit card details. So please check and I hope this helps you.

I'm looking to book a holiday through Sunmaster, but when I'm creating my online booking it doesn't give me an option to add hold luggage. Does anybody know if the luggage is included in the flight price? Any help would be much appreciated as I've tried to ring Sunmaster and got no answer.

We booked through Sunmaster, hold luggage is an extra (depending on operator) which as you go through booking process will be shown on flight part ( if booking as seperate Flight / Accommodation ) If booking Package deal you will have hold luggage in with price. Hope this helps
Report this content jonezee Written on: 26/06/2014
There are different charges according to the operator. If you go into Manage Booking you will be given the opportunity to add luggage and it will tell you then what the charge is.

WARNING do not book with sun master, the price of your 'cheap' holiday will increase and the chances are you will not be in the hotel you booked, because the hotel you booked will be overbooked so you will be moved into a 'sister' hotel which is just a short walk down the road but above a nightclub, which is fine if you do not have your young daughter with you,oh and if you have gone half or full board you will have to walk up the hill to the hotel you originally booked every day to dine........ Only mine and a quite a few others experience after booking with sun master

We went to Crete last year with Sunmastet and luggage was an extra £23 each for 20Kg. We also booked a holiday on line and received a call saying the room option wasn't available, but they could provide a similar room at an additional cost of £100 each!!
Report this content hodhards Written on: 26/06/2014
We usually book luggage during booking but on our last trip we didn't know how many cases we would need we had an easyjet flight which we did directly with them via a quick and easy phone call.
Report this content benmurph Written on: 26/06/2014
When you book the charge for hold luggage is added at the end, probably £50 to £80 on your holiday price, as mine was on my booking last year..
Report this content MinetyWilts Written on: 27/06/2014
It is unlikely to be included as most air fares are low cost airlines and you will need to pay extra. Keep trying to get them on the phone...Good luck!
Report this content PNB47 Written on: 27/06/2014
I'm sorry, I'm not entirely sure on this one, but I seem to remember that hold luggage is usually chargeable as an extra. I'm sure if you keep ringing them, they will tell you, as I've had no problem contacting them in the past.
Report this content sayitasitis2012 Written on: 27/06/2014
being unable to book your luggage online is a ploy by sunmaster to force you to telephone them. my experience is that when you phone them the holiday price that was so attractive is no longer available and will have vastly increased. I tried this on three different holidays. luggage is not included as they are usually budget airlines. I cannot comment on package holidays as I never tried to book with them, though I would add that I would prefer to stay at home rather than deal with this company. when you finally get through to them, please review your experience. trip advisor has several reviews regarding sunmasters booking procedures. enjoy your holiday with whomever you book it with.
Report this content CheznIan Written on: 23/10/2014
It's cheaper to add your luggage when you book in online with the flight company.
Report this content julesfal Written on: 19/01/2015
luggage is not included, just a hand luggage bag of 10kg Suitcase prices are from approximately £48+ each
Report this content pk_jung Written on: 06/08/2015
It would probably be down to which flight operator with booked with as each have different. We booked with thomas cook and they offered 20kg lugguage, 6ky hand baggage. These were highlighted by sunmaster via phone during the booking.

Although I found the holiday on the internet I needed to speak directly to them as my friend and I are both senior citizens and needed to make specific airport arrangements. I then paid our balance via the telephone. This is probably the easiest option if you are experiencing difficulties.

Give them a call and pay over the phone,  (normal call charges apply, not premium rate, also as part of your inclusive minutes for your mobile package).

When I booked my holiday with Sunmaster I also booked and paid for a transfer from Airport to Hotel. Nearer the date of my holiday I was sent an e.mail detailing how to go online and access all my booking including confirmation of my transfers and details of who they were booked with and how to locate them at the Airport. I remember there was a driver holding a card with my name on it when I had collected my luggage and made my way out of arrivals.

Hi there, first you need to have from sunnmaster your confirmation booking hotel and sheduld transfer booking.Outside airport you will see companies with names - taxi or buses. They have a list where will find you your reference booking hotel and they drop you there. Possible that will be more people going same diraction like you just only diffrents hotel. Make sure you prented off all your staff from sunnmaster. Also payment details its for you. You need that, if you not recieved so pls contact with agency. You should get ATOl cerificate too.

You will get all your information required, nearer to the date you go.I had no problem really with Sunmaster,it was the complex they booked for me that was so bad,as their reception was closed, and everything locked up when I arrived!!It was the kindness of the people that ran the bar (NOT Sunmaster ) that helped in the end,so did manage to get a holiday of sorts!! Sunmaster was brilliant with all flights and transfers very smooth and gave a me a small refund when I returned (They said my panic call on the day after I arrived, could not be traced) There was no rep anywhere as Sunmaster is an booking agent only I believe so personally, would not use them again for a solo holiday!(I am 65yrs so was a bit traumatic!!) You can try phoning for your balance e-mail,they are normally helpful in the beginning!

You will have no problem as long as you have printed out your transfer booking forms for both there and back. There will a person for you when you go through arrivals may need to look around but they usually not far from the arrivals gate when you leave the airport. They will tell you what number bus/coach you will need find the coach driver will confirm with you. When you come back you just have to ring the number on the booking form for return about 24 hrs before you fly back they will tell you what time the coach will pick you up and where just back sure you have ALL you paperwork printed out. If you have any more worries don't hesitate to ring sunmasters they are brillant.

I have travelled with Sunmasters on a couple of occasions and the holidays have been great for what we paid and had no problems. everything was dealt with online by e-mail and once I hade booked the holidays, I received an invoice confirmation. The normal weeks before going we received on e-mail, the air e-ticket and booking procedures were outlined fully. Also received hotel vouchers and transfer vouchers and instructions on how and where to meet for transfers. usually they have a call back requirement to the coach firm the day before your return flight. One recent holiday, they did not have a rep in the hotel but used an agency rep from another company who covered us and was really good. Another time there was no local rep, just a telephone contact and a letter at the hotel, but we did not need anything else once there and all instructions we got were good. transfers were there as indicated. Good service and very reasonable. Most documents are stored online and the e-mail they send you has the password to access everything. Good luck.

When I booked my holiday I too booked transfers . Sun master contacted me by telephone to double check regarding the hotel and following this I received an email with a link to all travel documents. Please bear in mind I was travelling only 3 weeks from booking. The transfer document contained full instructions as to how to access the service and was exactly as stated. There was certainly no need for a travel rep. Alicante airport is well populated and if you do have difficulties there are plenty of people to help you. Therefore please do not worry and enjoy your stay

By the time your holiday arrives you should have all the paperwork and confirmation of payment. When you get to the airport you may need to find a man with a clipboard that will give you your ticket details, before you queue up with everyone else. At the other end there are a number of stands and people with the name of your transfer company. We had to wait around for about an hour, to allow other flights to land and other passengers to go in the same mini bus. We had to ring this company 48 hours before departure to book return to the airport. Our holiday was a last minute deal. We expected hiccups but can't fault anything.

Hi, we have travelled twice with Sunmaster and had no problems. All documents are available well in advance of travel. When we stayed in an apartment we had to go to nearby Hotel for key and to report any problems. It was not any hardship to do this. With regard to the Rosimar it is a great Hotel with in our opinion fantastic food. It has a 24hr reception so no problems within the hotel that could not be fixed immediately. The transfer drops you and picks you up right outside the door, it is ramped too so no need to struggle up the steps with your luggage. It is within a short walk to the beach and shops. A bit further to the square, but again walkable and not too pricey for a taxi. Buses are within easy reach too. Hope you have a great holiday, we did.

i have previously posted a negative review on sunmaster on 27/01/2013. i have just returned from benidorm after using a more suitable company. i am assuming you have booked the cheaper shuttle option from the airport to your hotel. there are usually three options, shuttle ie minibus or coach, taxi or private car. you will be informed by sunmaster who your transfer company are and the reference number of your booking and where to contact the transfer company. after getting your cases after landing at alicante, walk towards the exit. just before the exit doors, on the right hand side of the wall there are two desks displaying over a dozen transfer companies. these desks are staffed by fluent english speakers. show them your transfer paperwork and they will in turn give you a ticket/docket explaining how to obtain information on how to arrange your return trip to the airport at the end of your holiday. you are advised at the time of the number of your coach and where it will be waiting to take you to your hotel in benidorm.. it is a smooth and simple process, though if you get stuck ask ant rep like thomson or jet2 where you should find your transfer company. enjoy your holiday. come back on and let us know if your quoted price was increased!
