All The Gyms I Have Been Too Use Them
The concept 2 is just a great bit of kit. I was totally unfit about 8 months ago - and this kit has toned me up and lost weight. Yes you have to get on it and work of course.. but it hits all muscle groups and the heart!
My friend (who runs, swims etc) got one after i did and he too finds ita great rower
Bought it second hand of ebay £380 - foot straps are frayed so its seen some life - i reckon 10 years old - but it still is excellent condition
PM3 computer does the job for recording distamnce, effort etc. PM5 lets you upload via bluetooth and a usb stick

The Concept 2 Indoor Rower Is An Excellent Piece O
The Concept 2 Indoor Rower is an excellent piece of training equipment, there are lots of different settings some of which are realistic to rowing on water. It also folds up to be quite small which is very useful for storage as it's quite large. Overall, recommended.
