I am located in BC. I ordered a laptop. The site indicated there were about 80 in a BC warehouse. But it has been shipped from Ontario?? One week delivery (and it was two days before the order was processed!!)

Purchased a new laptop that was defective. Manufacturer couldn't source problem and Mikes took it back and refunded full money paid.

i ordered something. and they did not have any in stock. what kind of store thats they have stock and yet they dont. after waiting on order they offered me 1000 time price mark up to buy. avoid at all cost. online customer support is pretty much non existent. took almost 2 weeks for a response.

These guys work fast!! I placed my order on Thursday, and it was waiting for me at my front door Friday morning! That's less than 24 hours from the time I started the order process. First time buyer, and so far am very impressed!

Overall a good experience. Purchased from this store as they had the best price online and shipping was free. Purchased an ASUS N61 Laptop. Unit arrived 2 days after making payment and was new in sealed box.

If you compare prices online, this is a retailer you may want to look at. I called their 1-866 number before ordering to confirm stock, which was accurate with what it said online.

I went to the Abbotsford store and bought some remote jacks for my flat screen TV connections. I didn't know the average price of the items and just paid what the invoice was. After I installed them, I looked at the invoice and did a price check online and found they had charged me 150 - 200 % more than the competitors. Went to the store to see if they would price match and the best they could offer me was $20.00 refund after I spent well over $100.00 more for the same products online.

Well, Sorry Mike's, but you sure won't get my business again and I'll be sure to let everyone know why.

nice enough staff, competitively priced merchandise. Possibly the worst place to take your computer in to be upgraded or repaired unless you dont mind having your computer sit on the floor in the back of the store for weeks at a time only to find out they didnt do what you paid them to.

Good store to buy from. I didn't buy online so I couldn't comment on the shipping. I purchased a netbook and they replaced the battery for me with no hassle. Also, I didn't feel pressured into buying warranties or any other accessories. I did buy a printer too and the cable was only $4. When I went shopping around to other stores they were $15-$20. I thought this was too low but I'm not complaining.

Their website needs a lot of work however. Hopefully they will improve on that in the future.

They can improve on their website a lot to include a lot more pictures and descriptions. I tend to shop other sites then come here to buy.

Other then that, shipping has always been fast and free.

Note, Shipping is free but insurance costs 1-2% extra. Still a good deal IMO.

Not much listed online about this company but they had what I needed. Placed my order online and called to ensure it was confirmed. Great to actually talk to someone when I called. Received my order in 2 days. Order shipped the same day. Paid a few bucks more for the product but after the free shipping promotion, it was actually cheaper. Will buy from them again.

Would like to see a better website in the way of product descriptions and images and this is why I am listing their website quality as a 3.
