I ordered a ProClip mount for my car and an active holder for my mobile - both items marked as "In stock" (as probably everything in the shop). However, 2 days later I was informed that there is only a small number of left-hand drive ProClips available (I am not from UK) and unfortunately mine is not one of them. I waited almost two weeks until HandNav got my items and finally dispatched the package - a week later it arrived at my place.
Apart from the dealy the transaction went pretty smoothly, my emails were answered the same day and I was informed well about progress and any possible problems.
My suggestion for others is to contact HandNav before placing an order to make sure your item IS available. If so, I guess the transaction should go pretty straightforward...
