I have used this website many times over the last 3 years and on the whole its been hassle free.
Value for money is really second to none.

However, I have had problems with orders. One was a different item, from the same range, was posted to me. I tried for 3 days to call customer services, only for phone to ring out & cut off after 5 mins. The time I did get through to answerphone I left message requesting a call back, this was never received. Instead I eventually got an email reply. The customer services were shocking, very unhelpful & despite me providing invoice proving wrong item sent, they refused to pay return shipping for replacement. Instead I had to give the original item I received as a gift as there was no way i was paying return shipping & time was not in my favour.
Another time I opted to pay via paypal, resulting in them holding my order until i spoke on the phone with them despite sufficient funds in paypal account. A security measure they said. Took 2 days to be able to speak with someone and by this time i had raised issue with paypal.

I must say though i will use site again as the value is outstanding, despite customer services being shocking. (I was told that they had one person dealing with customer services at Christmas period...how does that make sense or put customer first?)

The most shocking thing about this company is that they arw offering a competition prize of a bottle of Prada perfume for customers to leave "good" reviews here to get their rating up! Apparently all other review sites they do well but this one is "naughty". On that alone, i leave you to make your own mind up.
