I have all Carols books and the diet does really work but i tend to stick to the same foods because either I like them or they're easy to prepare so sometimes it gets a bit repetitive.
I now don't ever drink tea or coffee (except green tea) and drink very little booze, I'd give up meat completely if it wasn't for the rest of the family!

Carol Vorderman's Detox Recipes: Over 100 Great Recipes: Carol has managed to write this book and aim it at just about everyone. The recipes are delicious and there are less strict detox options. It gives you some great ideas on how to cook veg, other than boiling it. Great book if you like fruit and veg.
