It was fantastic when we got it a couple of years ago, but it has become incredibly and increasingly unreliable over the last few months. Will shortly be moving to Virgin instead.

The worse broadband provider out there with an extremely uninformed technical support. Took me 3 days to get through to them and there reply was i don't know what the problem is. Would definitely avoid.!

Like everyone else here, I consider Digiweb to be unbelieveably bad.

There is no customer service. It takes over an hour holding to get through to their support,but you are wasting your time as your complaint is put into the nearest bin, and you can start all over again the following day!!

I can not believe that they are still in business.

They are an embarrassment to the Irish Commercial Community.

Colm Piercy is the owner, so get his home address from the CRO Office, and either write or call to see him personally. That is the only way you will get any result with this company.

Digiweb is by far the worlds worst internet provided for one simple and overwhelming fact.... It bearly works and the only times it seems to work for me is between 3pm and 8pm on hours leading up to or following that time its rare to have any internet access at all and if there is more than one person using it at any one time it will freeze and stop working for the rest of the day or if it happens on a weekend you usualy don't get it back until the following monday or tuesday if your lucky because you will never get through to customer service . On the odd occasion when your actualy do manage to have internet access if you go on a website that has a lot of script (lots of things happening) it will cause the internet to freeze and you migh t be waiting hours if your lucky or days for the internet to come back on so people out there looking to purchase internet stay well away from digiweb for your own sake because it simple doesent work and if I am to be totaly honest I wouldent accept internet from digiweb if I got it for free

Where do I start first of all the internet works only 25% of the time and in that 25% it only tends to be between 3pm-8pm any other time there is no internet acccess at all the internet is slow and if more than one person is on it it will stop working alltogether and won't start up again for about an hour. If I am to be totaly honest I wouldent insult my worst ememies by recomending digiweb to them because it is no more than a flashing box on the wall with wires coming out of it because it doesent do a thing. When it actualy does work if the wedsite you go on has any lenght of a script it will freeze up on you so do yourself a favour and save yourself the stress by paying a little extra by purchasing an internet service that works . I have DIGI WEB a month and I cannot wait until the holidays are over so I can give them a piece of my mind ((uncontactable over Xmas and new year) period!!............ Literally no internet service over Xmas 2012. my USB broadband service was ten times better!! Would never recommend them to anybody! I use internet a lot for music and films , when I rang to report the download speed they said it's most likely A YOU TUBE Problem. When I compared services with UPC I now know they were fobbing me of!!! I Wish I had done my homework and reviewed before I Signed up ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

I have 100 GiB limit i have downloaded 7 GiB and when i called them they said I crossed the limit Digiweb is the worst broadband i ever had i;m gonna go back to upc as fast as i can

Appalling customer service. I have tried to contact four times and not even a reply. DO NOT ORDER ANY GODS FROM THIS STORE

Frickin useless waiting to swap for other ISP ...I reached 30 gb limit and they cut my bandwitch from 7 MB/s to something like 14 kb/s !!! try to open any youtube etc. movie with that ! They will tell you to buy extra 10 gb for 10 euro .....
