At The Time I Bought The Relisys Tl766-ru Monitor
At the time I bought the Relisys TL766-RU monitor I paid £219 for it, which wasn't the cheapest of all for a 17" LCD at the time. However, I am still 'pleased as Punch' with it. Considering it's now approaching 3 years old (actually 2-years and eleven months since original purchase, and this in front of me was a replacement after nine months) it's a very good monitor. The previous was only a fault on the power button, as far as I could tell, the rest of the original was sound (I just couldn't turn it on!). When this one enters 'Silicon Heaven' then I'll certainly look at Relisys for my next monitor (maybe the 19" next time).
NB. My monitor averages 8 - 9 hours per day switched on, seven days a week, 50 weeks of the year!!

The Relisys Tl766 Is An Excellent Buy For The Cost
The Relisys TL766 is an excellent buy for the cost, It came with all cables and a good instruction manual which was not needed as as soon as it was connected it worked.
