Disgusting Customer Service And Flowers

I received my flowers from a friend and I followed instructions to the letter. 3Days later the roses were lifeless. I contacted customer service and received auto emails telling me to follow instructions. When they finally ready my emails they said there was nothing wrong with flowers they were perfectly healthy which they could see from my pictures and could do no more. Don't trust this company in my opinion. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE TRUSTING THEM WITH YOUR ORDER.

Excellent Service.

Personally, i have found this company excellent. On the two occasions i have used them i have received superb service. The packaging and postage are top rate. And most importantly the flowers themselves are top quality.Will definately order again.

Sorry if you had a bad experience but, i don't give a bad review if i have had a good experience. Likewise, i don't give a good review if i have a bad one. I only say what i myself, have experienced. If my experiences with this company were bad i would have held no punches in my reviews of them. As it is, they were not. As for living on another planet. If i had that choice, i'd take it.

Relating to comment on here you must be living on an other planet. You've might of been lucky, bet if it was wrong you wouldn't be happy and they do nothing about it.

Big Let Down

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday did this 4 days in advance,so come her birthday no show waited all day no phone call,I couldn't get in touch with florist don't work weekends, so by Monday rang them again, was told that delivery driver had an accident and that they would get in touch with florist to send out another bigger bunch to make up for what's happened,bearing in mind theses flowers are now 3 days late but I gave them benefit of dought, still no show, so I rang back and was told florist haven't made them up yet, that's when I cancelled,they weren't apologetic, and now after 7days am still waiting for my refund I sent a email and got a snotty one back, sad thing is not only have they let the public down they've let themselves down if this is how they run a business then they won't be in business for long let's hope,trading standards will get to hear about this shabby company, Do Not Use

The flowers are sent by courier in a box and are not value for money. I called e florist on Saturday afternoon and it took 25 minutes to answer the phone. Total rubbish.Don't bother using.

this is the 1st email I received after paying a premium to have flowers delivered same day (sounds reasonable until you read what happened):

Thank you for placing your order with Eflorist. We have been contacted by our delivering florist to explain that they could not deliver today due to low stock (because of the bank holiday weekend). Therefore we would like to offer a re-delivery as soon as possible with an upgrade at our cost as way of an apology. Alternatively we can cancel and refund the full amount of your order onto your card in the next 3-5 working days. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for contacting me today. I would be interested in an upgrade but wondered what the price range was I could upgrade to. I would like them to be delivered on Wednesday if at all possible. Can I tell you my upgrade choice by email or should I call you (if I should phone please leave a number I can call). Please let me know.

then guess what? No email, no answer at their customer service numbers - yet the amount was charged to my credit card!!! I now have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. It has now been several days and no further response from eflorist.

My best advice, find a local florist (near to your delivery area) and contact them directly. Same day delivery charges are much cheaper than eflorist and you will get exactly what you order.

Truly Dreadful

Took order for valentines day and few days before and failed to deliver. Turned up the next day despite me saying not to deliver them late as my wife would not be able to collect them as she would not be at work the day after. E mailed complaint - got an auto response saying it wait up to 72 hours for a response - thats 6 DAYS to respond to customers!

Still advertising on Valentines day itself that they could deliver on the day if ordered before a cvertain time, even though they could not fulfil thier existing orders!

Truly dreadful Company so I echo - Steer clear !

No Customer Service!

I ordered a funeral wreath for a family member in Austrailia. Gave 36 hours notice considering time difference. Flowers were delivered after the funeral! So disappointed. After complaining to my local florist, who I deal with frequently, they immediately contacted Eflorist, but unfortunatley, instead of apologising and offering some small token to the bereaved family, they instead have chosen to offer nothing but excuses! I use Eflorist several times each year, but will never use again. Such a shame! The irony of it is I am a private florist specializing in Weddings and funerals who have recommended this firm. Only that I had a family member at the funeral, I would not have known that they were not delivered on time. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering I have paid between £70

Wish I had found this site first!!

I ordered a medium sized ballerina bouquet, what arrived was shocking & nothing like picture on the website. There were a total of 10 stems, and the picture on the website for the size shows many more. The crystanthamums were old and petals dropping to add insult to injury. I have contacted trading standards and would urge others to do the same to stop this continuing

I cannot think of anything positive to say about the bouquet.

Yes the flowers came on time but not what was expected. They looked worse than a bunch from the local petrol station. Apparently delivered from a florist on saffron lane in leicester. I ordered a lovely bright bouquet of flowers for mothers day and what did she get a bunch of boring white carnations. I was really disapointed. Never again....

I Ordered Some Flowers To Be Delivered To My Girlf

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on valentines day, it is now nearly a week later and they have not even attempted to get back in touch with me via email and seem to be avoiding the issue entirely, possibly the worst website and customer service on the internet, take your money somewhere else.
