First time (and last time) buying this trashy newspaper, filled with worthless trashy articles and columns of hate, who would approve on this garbage get printed, hate against women, hate against people of the world, hate against jews and muslims. NEVER EVER NEVER buy again, would rather throw my money away in the garbage bin rather than contribute to such trash.

There always seems to be technical issues with there kids free days out or top attractions 2 for 1s. The last two I have tried, there have been technical errors, so I contacted "Customer Dis-Service", to be told that there is a technical issue and that it will be escalated. Being told three times that I will still be able to use the offer once it has been fixed, this later turns out to be not true. The standard response from the advisor "Unfortunately, I am unable to do anything further in regards to the vouchers I'm afraid."

I have been buying the sun everyday for as long as I clan remember and using the codes on the back to access the online content. Somebody had used my online code for their own gain meaning I couldn't use it. They said nothing could be done about it and its not their fault neither is it mine and basicly its not there problem. Well printing the codes on the back for everyone to see is ridiculous. Thanks the sun....

Joined the sun perks when I booked a holiday. 'Book your holiday, join sun perks for £1 and we'll send you a £20 Tesco voucher." That was January 12th 2014, Today February 20th I still hadn't received my voucher so contacted them. They had taken my money but I was fobbed off with "You didn't join through the required site." They took my money on 12th January £1 joining fee, they took my money for the holiday on 12th January, so I sit back and wait only to be told I didn't join properly. WHAT! and they were serious. So much for customer relations. The fact that the money went out of my account under the same payment type number on the same day also didn't matter. GIVE THEM A MISS!!!!!

Only ever read it online but that has now ended since they chose to charge for it. With the amount of advertising it should be free.

Bought the Sun newspaper yesterday to avail of their widely publicised Eurodisney offer, only to find out that it does not apply to their N.Ireland readers. It seems they are happy enough to take our money, but class us as second class citizens regarding their offers. I'll never buy this "paper" again.

It's never going to win awards, but the Sun nails it when it come to sports reporting. More in depth, better gossip, better writers etc. The rest of it's OK. They don't care who they tread on to get a story and that is a good thing on most occasions, and some of the campaigns they run very worthy. Unfortunately the paper does come with scummy associations which they really need to shake off if they want a future, but with everything going online, I wonder if they actually do?

After what they done about the hillsborough disaster, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get it. Honestly, I wouldn't use it to wipe my backside with it.

A girl came by saying if we subscribe to SUN giving her 10$ she will get 1000$ for studies if she gets 10-12 subscribers. She mentioned its only a 1 time thing and she will give us papers for 8 Weeks (Only on Sunday). We don't even read The SUN, we just did it for charity purpose. But now The Sun sent us mail asking for more money automatically increasing the subscription period which we didn't know about. This was in the San Bernardino office of The Sun. If its a respectable paper I think they should keep there standards

On April 15th 1989 a disaster took place which resulted in the deaths of ninety-six Liverpool supporters at Hillsborough, the home ground of Sheffield Wednesday, during an FA Cup semi-final between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest. Ninety-six people had their lives crushed out of them. Many more are said to have ended their own lives since as a consequence of that disaster.
The headlines and sub-headlines on the front page of The Sun newspaper on the Wednesday following the disaster were as follows:
'The Truth.
Some fans picked pockets of victims
Some fans urinated on the brave cops
Some fans beat up PC giving kiss of life. '
So just four days after their loved ones had died, four days after they had narrowly escaped death themselves, Liverpool supporters were confronted with those headlines. People actually believed those headlines. Those who were there did not believe the headlines of course, nor did those who knew people who had been there. Unfortunately though a lot of people did believe those headlines; people who were not Liverpool supporters, perhaps supporters of another team or people who did not follow football at all. The headlines sewed seeds in so many people's minds that the 96 supporters died at the hands of their own kind. All lies, all proven to be lies, yet never put right by that publication.

I like the sun, it's quite entertaining and has all the latest news in the worlds of sport, tv, celebrities and what have you. But i think to use it as anything other than entertainment is difficult as it rarely has much space devoted to 'news'. Often first with sports stories although equally wrong as often.
