Hotpoint WT965A

I am on my 4th repair for this Hotpoint WT965A. Hotpoint refuse to change my machine, the dryer don't work, LED panel don't work, does not stop automatically at the end of a wash and it keep blowing my electric off. Advice: DON'T BUY!

My Hotpoint WT965A washing machine was ordered online via whitebox.com. It arrived promptly within 3 days of the online order, followed up by SMS and phone call from them to confirm delivery date. But before I could use it, it showed a fault. A Hotpoint engineer came 6 days later to say that it needs to be replaced. It was duly replaced with a brand new one 6 days later. The second one developed a leak (probably always had one), and initially I thought it was my pipes, but the service engineer from Hotpoint confirmed it was a drum leak and offered to replace the drum. I called Hotpoint and they agreed to replace it with a new machine (same model) since I had called within 28 days of receipt of the product. So, now I am with the third machine within 4 - 6 weeks, and so far so good.
