Just Jenna, Halifax

I was quite surprised to see the range of Bridesmaid's dresses available on their website, as I was informed by staff that all they had was what was on the rails (about 10/15 dresses). They made me feel as though it was basically not possible to help me.

I took my daughter for a fitting at Just Jenna bridal shop. The staff had no time for us. They were generally rude and ignored us most of the time.

After trying on one dress we gave up and left never to return.

I felt as though the assistant was listening to what we wanted. She asked us what my daughters ideal wedding dress would be, if she liked plain or lots of net etc. and picked out a selection of dresses to fit her profile. Professional and pleasant. I felt she would not have let us order a dress that we were not entirely happy with. Also do mens hire.

Other shops let me and my friends have a browse through the rails and picked out some to try and then the assistants worked on my reactions when trying other dresses to suggest other ideas, there was none of this here, i was brought 2 dresses she thought I might like and then told there were no more that suited what I was after - there were no suggestions to try something they thought might work ... got the impression she was bored with me as I was deliberating , but isn't it their job to be nice and encourage you!?

I wouldn't recommend this shop if it was the only one within a 100 mile radius.

Just Jenna is easy to get to, and the shop is positioned well in Halifax. The staff at Just Jenna Bridal are very professional, and they made my visit really special. The lady who attended to my needs was very nice, and she made me feel at ease. She also gave me some good advice.
