Average Website But Buyer Beware!

I actually got my items close to right on time. The website and customer service did tell me that at times, the items will be stuck in customs. But if you take out those days they were in customs, it really was 14 days that it took to reach me. So delivery was good for my experience. What is interesting to note is be careful with any items that you buy in the bargain bin. I ordered some region 3 DVDs and I can assure you they are bootlegged from Hong Kong. They are not the official DVDs. If you want authentic, I suggest Amazon, Ebay or Yesasia. If you don't care that you're getting a knock off and want to take advantage of the pricing, then just go with these guys BUT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Do NOT preorder new items here or buy ANY new items here for that matter. Stick with Gamestop/Amazon for new video games and use this site ONLY for older DVDs or Bargain bin.

Cd Was Pre-ordered. So My Order Was Processed Befo

CD was pre-ordered. So my order was processed before release date. 24 days since 'despatch' - no CD. Their website says deliveries are 5-10 days. They are refusing to refund me even though they agreed to by now in a previous email. They have just sent another excuse re the order and asked me to wait longer. They are dishonest and do not keep to their own rules. They come up with new excuses and constantly just request that I wait longer. I regret ordering through them and will not again.

Just The Worst Company To Deal With. They Have 'l

Just the worst company to deal with. They have 'lost' my orders, asked me to send them order details that they should have, ignore my emails asking where my order is - and worst of all, never commit to a delivery date. My latest order - which incidentally will be my last - is now 7 weeks overdue and I still don't know when/if I'll get it! Stay away from this company - they are clearly running the business on a shoestring and have no proper systems or processes in place. Terrible.

Same As Previous Reviewer, They Send Unwanted Emai

Same as previous reviewer, they send unwanted email which you can't opt out of, they say they don't have the email address they are spamming on their records. Their previous website allowed user account login, but guess what, the change/removal of email address didn't work and now they have temporary website that I can't log into at all. Some companies just feel pukka when you're using one but this one just smells fishy. Use at your own risk.

Pre-ordered Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition In Janu

Pre-ordered Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition in January 2011 from Bang CD. They took payment from my account immediately which annoyed me because the game was a pre-order. The game was released March 11th 2011 but haven't received anything. I emailed Customer Services and first they said they had lost my order info, and to email my order reference email to them (which luckily I had kept) so they could dispatch my order. This I did, then a few days later they emailed again to say this in bad english:

Dear vladtepes1456,

We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to source the captioend title.

Until today, we have not received any update re the captioend title "Dragon Age 2: Signature Edition (Xbox 360)" from our vendor.

Hence, we decide to credit and refund the order to our customer.

Would you please let us have the following information for refund process:-

Name (on your credit care):-

Date of Purchase: 29/1/2011

Amount: GBP45.99

We are sorry to ask for the captioned information, coz our website is undergone re-construction and we are unable to retrieve your previous order history.

Again, we are very sorry for the cancellation and any inconvenience caused.

Apologies for this inconvenience.

So I have no game and have to wait for a refund now...why have something listed on your website as a pre-order if you can not obtain it for your customer. Unbelievable.

Do yourself a favour and don't order from Bang CD.

As Far As I Can Remember, I've Never Bought From T

As far as I can remember, I've never bought from these people. However, I've suddenly started to get sales emails from them.

I checked to see if I have an account (using the email address they are sending to) ... their system says there isn't one.

I've sent them messages through their contact form asking them to stop sending email messages. They haven't stopped.

It's difficult to know what to do next as they appear to be based in Singapore (see addresses in their About Us page). I have no idea if UK legislation covers them, or what the legislation on emailing and privacy is in Singapore.

ANY company which is this poor at customer service will NEVER get business from me, no matter how good their prices seem.

Don't encourage them by buying from them.

Just to add a note this my review above - I've just received a response from BangCD about all the emails I am getting:

Dear Sir

We have become a victim of Industrial Sabotage using Spam email.

Bang CD did not send, or authorise the sending of, this email.

This mail was sent as a malicious attempt to have Bang CD de-listed due spamming.

We have taken legal advice and are currently issuing proceeding to prevent this happening again.

Sincere apologies you have been inconvenienced.

My Experience Is The Same As Others. Ordered Item

My experience is the same as others. Ordered item on 24/1/11 and as of 12/2/11 am still waiting. No replies from 'Customer Support'. I am going to claim money back from my credit card and stick to using PLAY. That will teach me to try and save £1.00!

Avoid at all costs. Don't deserve 1 star rating. Up front price might appear good but if you can't match it elsewhere, pay more and receive product reasonably quickly from a reputable source.

Same As Comments Below, Ordered Cd On 6/12/2010 An

Same as comments below, ordered CD on 6/12/2010 and still waiting!!!! Emailed them before i finished up for Xmas hols 18/12/2010 requesting delivery date as CD was for Xmas present....they replied on the 19th to say CD was despatched 9/12/10!!

I have been emailing since as have not received CD and they have not replied!!!!! V annoying!!!

Does anyone have a contact number for them??
