“Fair price, good service”

I took out Lloyds bank car insurance via a comparison website. The price was considerably lower than my renewal price, but went for it despite poor reviews. I emailled a photo of my renewal notice as proof of no claims as requested and this was accepted within a week with a confirmation text and email. I did everything online so haven't had to talk to anyone, nor have I made a claim. Overall I'm happy with the service Lloyds have provided.

They are a fantastic insurer to go through. I will definately be staying with them and would recommend them to any one. Can not really say a bad word against them.

I agree Lloyds TSB were my first insurer and I couldn't recommend them more for service and level of cover. However I have never been able to get a quote as cheap as my first year and unfortunately I always choose price over quality when it comes to insurance.
