I have used this product twice in two days. I now have very red, sore eye bags that feel like they are burning. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and I look like I have scrubbed the skin under my eyes red raw. Stupid me should have searched for reviews before purchasing. Plus the fact that once you apply liquid foundation ( no matter how gently), it's effectiveness wears off. What a waste of money, I just hope I am not going to be more out of pocket trying to repair the damage.

Skin Doctors Instant Eye Lift. I agree with previous comments re this product. I, too, have used the previous formula for years and was more than disappointed with the new one. Absolute rubbish. I emailed Skin Doctors and they tried to tell me that the tightening action was improved and there was nothing wrong with the product. I have a huge problem as I have SIX boxes of the new formula, as I stocked up when they were on special, fully expecting the new formula was going to be "better" as they claimed. What do I do now?

I absolutely agree with many of the other reviewers. The new improved Skin doctor's Instant Eye Lift is rubbish and does not work. The old one was much, much better. How can we lobby them to bring the old product back?

I've used instant eyelift for about 8 years what a great product .... til now. The new formula makes me feel like I wasted my money on an expensive bottle of water. It doesn't tighten the skin at all. Rubbish! Bring back the old one.

Had been using Instant Eye Lift for years. Was excellent product. Did what it said. Now they have changed the formula. It is now an oily sticky product that doesn't dry and doesn't remove a wrinkle or smooth anything, Useless. Waste of money

i absolutely agree with the last review; i used Skin Doctors Instant Eye Lift to tighten the skin on my face and keep the shine off and the new formula dosent do this... i'd love to know if anyone has bottles of the old formula but i dont know if theyre available anymore

After using this product for years and being very happy with it they go and change the formula, no warning on the bottle, just change it. The new formula has no white residue but they forgot to put the tightener in it. Absiolutely useless, would not recommend it all. Save your money, buy a jar of vaseline it will do the same thing! I have bottles of this NEW formula now wasting away in my bathroom drawer, would never buy it again until they fix it. $39.95 a bottle for a sticky gooey serum that doesnt even dry just sits on your face......wet!

First, the straw or tube that should dispense the product is either missing or wasn't designed to be there at all. I had to unscrew the top and apply it from the bottle, which isn't bad, but I've noticed other reviewers have said the same, indicating sloppy manufacturing. Skin Doctors Instant Eye Lift does greatly diminish under eye wrinkles, but the effect doesn't last more than about 30 minutes. Worse yet, it leaves such a dry, powdery, crinkled look on the skin, that is just weird and much more noticeable than my own wrinkles! Applying make up over the product as they suggest just negates the wrinkle reducer effect totally. I threw it away in disgust.

Hi, the old formula serum had a yellowy tint to it, the new rubbish serum is clear. Does anyone know if the old serum is back on the shelves yet?
