My old Philips Philishave was a 'middle of the range' model without any fancy head design (no extra cutting surface)yet the blades spun much faster with the result that it took half the time to shave and it shaved just as close at half the cost.

The Philips Philishave Smart Touch XL HQ 9190/22 Shaver is good because you can find out any time how much of the battery is left. It's not causing a rash.
In the manual says that the cutters auto sharp themselves...but this doesn't seem to be true for my model

I Found It To Be A Really Good Shave. Easy To See
I found it to be a really good shave. Easy to see how much charge is left. Good case to use for traveling. I did however find that the clip on protector is loose and does not stay on and the little back piece for trimming is too small. Still happy I bought it. I feel they need to work on getting a better protector.
