Alright Machine. Good For Beginners Or People With
Alright machine. Good for beginners or people with injuries. awkward to bench press heavy weight. bench is quite unstable. good for lat pulldowns, tricep pulldowns, seated row. squats are th emost awkward. especially when squatting heavy weight.
Buy a smith machine with a lat pulldown attachment. might cost a few bucks more but you will keep it for life, this powertec is easy to out grow.
