Excellent And Professional

It was a pleasure to use Airpets to move Penny from the UK to South Africa, from initial enquiry to picking her up at the airport.

Thank you Airpets.

Outstanding Service

We engaged Airpets/Willowslea Kennels to manage the importation and quarantine of Molly, our housecat, from South-East Asia. Shortly after arrival, Molly was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour on her left ear. Airpets were brilliant. They immediately arranged a quarantine transport licence so that Molly could be transferred to a local ISFM-certified cat-friendly surgery (which they recommended) for treatment. She has recovered well and her prognosis is excellent. We finally brought her home from quarantine yesterday and she's in great shape and settling in well. It's when things go unexpectedly wrong that you are reminded how important it is to have the most professional people on your side. I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

Transatlantic Traveller > ^..^

My cat flew from Denver to Heathrow at the end of May and stayed with Airpets until my flight arrived 8 days later. When she wouldn't eat, Airpets staff kept me updated on a daily basis and even sent me photos of her, which was incredibly reassuring. They went out of their way to find something she would eat and were very patient and caring, eventually feeding her by hand. The facilities are really nice and the cat "hotel" is clean and spacious. I made my booking online. It was very straightforward; Airpets sent me all the paperwork I needed to enable them to collect her from customs and board her for a week. Import and quarantine staff answered my emails promptly and were really friendly and welcoming when I arrived to pick her up. I read some other reviews where people complained about Airpets and import paperwork to the USA. I want to state that neither Airpets nor the airline are responsible for making sure you have the right import paperwork. If you are looking at importing/exporting an animal, please check with the appropriate government department. For me it was DEFRA, and they clarified the whole process for me in a 3 minute phone call. Airpets are extremely professional and provide an excellent collection and boarding service. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to board with them again. A HUGE thankyou from LouLou and me!

Great People, Great Service

The staff at Airpets know this work inside and out and greatly reduced the worry and stress of getting a rescue puppy from the UK to Bermuda. I really appreciated that they were quick to respond and answer questions in a simple, yet comprehensive way. They clearly love animals - they took the time to let me know how our puppy was doing once she arrived at their facility and wanted to know that she had arrived safe and sound. I am going to be using them again soon!

She was so helpful in what seemed the impossible task of bringing a rescue dog from USA. Would highly recommend Air Pets.

International Pet Relocation

Jet pets helped us move our dog from Germany to the States. Overall the service was good. It was a good price, my main contact was friendly, and my pet arrived trouble free. The only issue was communication channels as there were several to deal with (local airport, agent, delivery person) instead of it being handled by the company. But I didn't mind.

They Made A Tedious Difficult Process Easy

Airpets had originally carried out the process of exporting our dog to Tanzania which went off without a hitch so I was hopeful that they could help with his repatriation.

Our dog is 14 and has three pet passports issued by two countries - the UK and France. This makes his rabies immunisation and blood test history a little difficult to follow.

Airpets went through all of the paperwork I provided and gave me clear instructions on what to provide to ensure our dog had no issues on arrival.

The dog left Tanzania as planned and Airpets, did all of the work with his receipt and clearance at Heathrow.

The whole receipt and clearance process went off without a hitch.

Our dog is very nervous so I also here need to recommend and thank the staff at the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre for their patience and empathy for the animals.

Safe Landing Into Uk For Our Kenyan Dog

We used Airpets to help plan and manage the moving of our two year old german shepherd from kenya to London. They were amazing from the first phone call - gave me all the advice I needed, forms, information and patiently answered all my questions. We continued to correspond via email and their response was always prompt, and they didn't seem to mind me asking more and more questions. Prior to travel, the agent I dealt with even checked all my documentation for me so that I felt confident that everything was in order before we left the country. My dog arrived safely and happily, and the ground staff went out of their way to ensure that customs had everything they needed to clear her.

I recommend them 100% and would definitely use them again.

To The Wonderful Airpets Staff!

Thank you for all the TLC you gave my dog while in quarantine, and helping

me release him early!

It was very reassuring knowing he's in good hands, checked by the vet

and being cared for.

Hopefully we'll meet again under better circumstances!!

Thank you!

Why they do not want to look after birds (canaries) over week-ends? That's unacceptable.
