I ordered something and it didn't arrive. After repeated emails I still don't have it.

Had attempted on numerous occasions to get a refund on a projector alarm clock which was clearly faulty to no avail. My numerous emails have gone unanswered & they have £60 of my money!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE. THEIR COMPANY NAME SAYS IT ALL!!!

Ordered 5 edible insect type packs and first delivery was received within a couple of days. However 3 out of 5 items were past there best before date and one item marked as to follow.

I have sent email to complain but no response and no answer from the phone number on the web page.

Ordered goods which i to date have not received, although they took the payment.Despite emailing and calling...i received no reply from either source...DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE!!!!!

Placed an order and 1 day afterwards I got an email that goods were sent. No items recieved and impossible to get in contact with them on phone nor mail. AVOID!

Do not trust! Paid £28.99 for an item I never received...no phone number and no reply from email. Very angry that I've been ripped off.

I wanted to order a Mini Happle lamp, and lazybone’s showed it in stock. The order process was simple and quick, with the order being delivered a couple of days after being placed. No issue with the product or customer service to date.

I have read some negative reviews, and to admit my order was delayed, but I did get an email to explain that they had moved warehouse but was also offered a refund. the order however did get delivered 3 days later so i was fine with that. the site is great and the products i ordered are as expected so altogether i would use again
