“Scrabbling for your money”

I guess, on the plus side, they were cheap at the point of purchase, but a change of address cost me £25 in "admin fees" and a £200/year increase in premiums, despite the fact that other companies were offering the whole year for little more. Not a company I'd use again.

“Good price - terrible claim management”

Bought Barclays insurance as I thought I was buying from a reputable Brand. Turns out that it is all fully subcontracted - you do not get what you think you are buying. Since I made the claim I have had to speak to more than 10 different companies. To name a few Minster Law, BUD rescue and recovery, M&S repairs, Drive assist, Premier Claims service, Nationwide etc etc, there is no coordiation at all between these different companies and no one to let you know what is going on. In summary Barclays use their brand to sell the policy but then have nothing to do with helping you afterwards. You are left with the chaos and confusion of their system.
