Sleep Detox Memory Foam Mattresses and Topper Mattresses

Tried to place our order, added to cart, then discovered that the site was insecure. Sent them a message asking for them to ring me for payment, which they did the next day. Waited for mattress to be delivered! It never arrived, neither did they take payment which is a good thing, but we still need a mattress so have comtacted them via email, phone ( which they neve answer, just invite you to leave a message with a promise of a call back within 24 hrs! Which, in our case at least hasn’t happened! Im frustrated obviously and disappointed that Inhave to waste time now looking for another supplier that can follow through and look after their clients!

Ordered my replacement motor home mattress online which arrived on 22.08.2017, although we had to wait longer than expected for the delivery, we are very pleased with the product, great value and quality, can't wait to sleep on it when we go away in the next couple of weeks. I will be recommending Sleep Detox mattresses to family and friends.

We needed a non-standard sized mattress for our fold out bed. Unfortunately Yodel got involved because we needed a weekend delivery. After Yodel LOST two of our mattresses, Will made a third and ensured that it was delivered to us at a time that was convenient to us. My only complaint about the process is that I had to contact Sleep Detox to enquire about progress a number of times, rather than them contacting me to keep me informed.

The mattress itself exceeds expectations - it is very comfortable and feels solid. When I called Sleep Detox, I was very happy with how accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable the person that I spoke to was. Would definitely recommend.

Special size mattress ordered, made and delivered all in two days. Perfect fit and seems good quality. Very competitively priced and good advice given over the phone before I ordered. The only element I wasn't happy with was the lack of any email confirmation or receipt after I had ordered on the phone, despite this being promised, and no indication being given of time of delivery - or indeed any means of finding this out. Otherwise an excellent service - other companies had quoted higher prices and much longer delivery times, one as long as a month. So well done Sleep Detox!

I could not believe that this was possible, great service, I can recommend this site to everyone, I love my new mattress and have to give the site a 10 rating. I wasn't sure about ordering online as I hadnt seen the mattress but the person at 1stmemoryfoam assured me that it was a good mattress and he would be at hand if I had any issues. Being a good sport I purchased my custom size mattress, and I am delighted with it. I had to let folk know where to go if they are struggling to find a mattress maker to make those unusual size mattresses.
