Extremely poor customer service. There has been no response to several emails asking for confirmation that they had received an item I had returned. Still no refund. I would not order from this company again.

Unfortunately the wedding veil shop sent me a different tiara from which I ordered.

I spent months searching for a chapel length veil with crystals in bridal shops, with the cheapest veil being almost £200 which was way above my budget.

I found The Wedding Veil shop online and decided to order a custom made veil for £54, not expecting the quality to be anywhere near that of the bridal shop veils, but willing to take a chance!

It states online that production would take up to 14days. I phoned the shop on day 14 to check the progress and was really pleased when the shop assistant agreed to send the veil by special delivery at no extra cost the next day.

The veil arrived in a nice box and was tissue wrapped, and also had a special storage bag. I was absolutely delighted with the veil quality and the service I received - the veil was practically identical to those I had seen in bridal shops, and was exactly what I recommended. Would definitely recommend this website!

After trying on one veil in a wedding shop I knew which one i wanted

A cathedral length with diamontes

One bridal shop said it would cost £100 another said £250 for what i wanted

That was way out of my budget

So I started looking around and came across this website

I looked thru it and thought it was good.

There are veils u can buy already done or u can customise one

U can have any colour u like, any length, one tier or more, the edging how u want and add diamontes or what u want.

So I customise the veil how I wanted it and it came up with a quote.

The quote came to £70

I thought wow that's good.

So I ordered my veil, said it would take up to two weeks for delivery, I thought that's good.

I also ordered a veil clip which Is optional for an extra £5

A week later I got an email saying my order was done and was being dispatched, I thought that's quick.

The next day I got my delivery.

Came neatly presented in a box with tissue picture around it,

Also came with instructions on how to keep it looking nice crease free.

Overall I am very happy with my veil and the website and would deffo recommend.

I was a bit dubious about using this company after reading mixed reviews on the internet but since the veil I wanted was £100 cheaper than in the shops, I decided it was worth a go and I'm glad I did!

The website states to allow four weeks for delivery but mine came within two (although wasn't custom made so that may have accounted for it slightly). It came nicely presented with a bag in which to store the veil as well as some general care tips.

The veil itself is beautiful; brilliant quality and lovely beaded work around the edge. It's exactly the same as the ones in the shop but without the price tag.

Would definitely recommend this company.

I just got the veil and I love it. Fabric is soft like the one in the shop I saw, I got the 72" chapel lenght veil and saved £100.

I was supposed to get it delivered 2 weeks ago, so I had to contact the shop via phone and email a couple of times to get updates. People were nice on the phone. I received an email confirmation 2 days ago to advise that the veil had been posted and got the veil the next day.

Terrible, cheap rubbish quality. Rubbish customer service. Avoid!!!!!

Excellent Service! I am very surprised at some of the reviews that say otherwise. I spoke to a gentleman who was more than helpful. The veil itself was £100 cheaper than the one I liked in the bridal shop and you cant tell the difference. Would definitely recommend

I ordered a veil from wedding veil shop after reading good reviews. My bridal shop wanted £250 for cathedral length, plain veil, one tier. For £100 i got two tier cathedral length veil with diamantes falling down the veil. The veil is beautiful and would highly recommend going for 'falling stars' with the crystals. It was a bit late and after reading the reviews below i started to worry. I would recommend the wedding veil shop, but i would give plenty of time. I ordered mine two months before the wedding (12 June) and I got my veil on 23 July. I emailed them to find out where my veil was and on my second email (two consective days) they responded to say my veil would be with me by the end of the week. It arrived the next day. They are genuine, the veil is beautiful and good quality, i think they may just have a high workload and so would advice leaving several months before your wedding. Plus this way if you don't like it you have time to sell and find an alternative! That was my plan. But i don't need to. Do make sure you order swatches so you can match the veil to your dress before you order and bonne chance!

Terrible terrible customer service. The online shopping service is faulty and there is no sign of customer service at all. Very disappointed.
