I intially rang them flustered about a urgent mortgage requirement and was told it was not possible, frustrated I hung up then rung back later to be offered one of the few lenders on the market offering what I needed, they saved my bacon

The service I received was super excellent, the staff were honest from the beginning, they kept me well informed. I am a naturally anxious human being and they were able to reassure me and respond to my queries and requests in timely manner. They also seemed to have a good relationship with the lender as they were able to push things through and send queries which were responded to promptly navigating blockers/ barriers to progress. It took roughly 2weeks business days to get the mortgage offer, that excluding my delay to send supporting documents required by the lender. The staff I dealt with made me feel like I was their own customer and I liked the fact that I could see the staffs faces on my case tracking, it made me feel like I had actually met them. Guys, I especially like the photos with you smiling whilst working, it made me feel less guilty when pestering you for updates as those photos indicated that you were enjoying your work which you are fantastic at. I can't believe it was free to me :-)

Just had my first discussion with lindon & country regarding a first time mortgage on new a new build property. The call was answered promptly, had a friendly discussion with an advisor who quickly put me through to a new builds specialist. Continued the conversation from where I left off and my phone cut off. Within 10 seconds they called me back to continue. Gave good, sound advice regarding my situation (first time buyer - single mortgage) and helped answer my questions regarding how to apply, solicitor fees etc. Documents and a descision in principle sent to me promptly also. Had a great first time experience and I would recommend!!!

Have used this company to look at options for mortgages according to our needs several times when the current deals expire.They have always risen to the challenge: most recently wanted low % repayment mortgage with option to pay lump sums without penalty - came up with the package to suit and so far all has gone well. This company is great. The care , attention and time they gave me was second to none. I ended up finding a deal elsewhere (some lenders only deal direct with customers, not with brokers, and I managed to find a deal breaker there). I must have spent 7 hours on the phone over the past few months as our requirements kept changing, and he obviously spent more time working on my enquiries after he'd put the phone down. His professionalism, attitude, and courtesy shown after I told him I'd found a deal elsewhere, was spot on. I just want to give kudos where it's due and say thanks to this man, who does his company and his trade proud! I would definitely recommend this company as a first stop to look for a mortgage. They will source what's best for your stated requirements and take into account lots of other factors like the time it takes some lenders to process things and the level of detail certain lenders require for self employed customers. Sometime's there's more than the stated interest rate to take into consideration. I wasn't charged a penny for all this time, for which I feel guilty!

I am not particularly good with money or arranging whats best in the world of finances. I was looking for a financial advisor and stumbled across London and Country. I phoned late one night and was greeted by a very helpful and understanding advisor who talked over my finances and reassured me that finding a mortgage to suit my needs was not going to be the awful experience i expected. Within 3 days i had a mortgage agreement in principle and house valuation and mortgage offer happened very quickly thereafter. I am now 3 weeks down the line and mortgage is due to complete in 10 days and not one bit of hard work was experienced by myself. I even saved money on my mortgage and on my insurances. I was kept informed at all times and am amazed how efficient and effective my advisor and case manager are.
