I bought a pistol and some pellets. Or I thought I did until i checked my bank to see I was charged but I didn’t get my order placed. I tried calling, I tried emailing, I tried everything but no response from customer service. Absolute bs website do not buy you have been warned.

• 8 days later resorting to paypal dispute but may have to end in a solicitor's letter & small claims court.

• Under no circumstances use these rogue traders.

• WISH WE HAD READ THE MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING TO BUY OFF THESE HOODS.

• Definately not worth your time, your money & frustration when it goes wrong.

• These guys need reporting to some traders watchdog.

I bought from the company with high hopes as I had read some obviously fake reviews. I ordered on the 14th and by the 25th I was still waiting for my order to leave the 'awaiting fulfillment' stage on their website. This never happened so I contacted the seller (novelty island ltd) twice and got no response. By this stage I had lost all hope so I started a PayPal dispute. I contacted the seller 3 times through the PayPal dispute but to no avail. I then escalated it to a claim. The seller had until the 3rd of the month to respond and keeping to their reputation they didn't respond. Do not buy from this website as they don't even know the two words customer service.

So I ordered a uhc um651 bb pistol in clear and it came in 6 days.When I opened the product it wasnt in clear but blue it was ok, it came with all the things it said it came with.I payed with paypal and I think its a good site.

Worst company ever, I experienced a problem within 10 minutes of using the BB gun. Immediately sent off an email, then another, then another, then another & so on. No replies! They're not interested if you experience a problem, take your money and that's it. No telephone number to make contact. Do not use this company ever, they need reporting to trading standards, what a waste of money!!!!!!!

I recently ordered a 'WE T91 R005 BlowBack GBB Airsoft Rifle' from BBGunsUK for £298.00 as i have started airsofting recently. when the rifle turned up the box was very battered and the front sight was broken after filling the rifle with gas after one magazine of bb's the mag would not come out without me pulling for about a minute on the magazine (whilst pressing the release button, obviously) after i finally fixed that problem more arose, a day after i tried firing the weapon, i heard the noise for the first few bullets firing but then after maybe the third bb all i heard was banging from inside of the rifle, so after alot of fiddeling with the gun, i finally took apart the rifle and noticed the barrel had broken and the bb's were getting stuck in the barrel. i looked for a return address on they're website, Nothing. i tried calling them with the phone number on they're website. after i mentioned that i wanted to return the rifle and get a refund, they hung up on me. then after trying to call back they just kept rejecting my call. So now i am £300 down and have a broken Airsoft rifle. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The gun arrived eventually, but the box had been opened and parts taken. Worryingly there is NO PHONE NUMBER and they simply don't respond to emails. There are lots of other companies - don't use this one and warn your friends. We're asking for a refund.

After reading some of the previous reviews I was concerned, but I had absolutely no problem with BBGunsUK. My order was fulfilled and quickly delivered, and the website is easy to navigate and efficient.

I got the blanks albeit nearly a month after I ordered, however I wouldnt recommend this website to anyone as they dont really care about their customers and customer service is beyond poor
