The rooms are in great need of some money spending on them. They are very noisy. The public rooms at The Riverside Hotel in Branston, Staffordshire, were excellent for this type of hotel, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The view of the river from the lounge and dining room is very good.
They have 'paper thin' walls, and you can hear the person two rooms away using the toilet. Also, the windows need to be double glazed to shut out the noise from the nearby very active railway line. When they have refurbished the bedrooms this will very a very nice hotel.
