Geico Is Cheap On Prices And Attitude
I told my daughter NOT to get Geico...and I was right...they gave her a lower price and ZERO help when on of their other insured ran a red light and hit her. They said she shouldn't have been waiting to turn left?!!!! The other person violated the law...my daughter followed it...but Geico didn't want to pay, so they screwed her over. We are getting a lawyer.
Will Not Pay A Dime And Owe Me About $8,000
When my wife got hit by a reckless driver, Geico admitted that the reckless driver was at fault, but that was it! They have not paid me a dime! They have pressured me into getting my car repaired immediately, even it was obvious that the car should be totaled and I provided the necessary paperwork to show this. Then, Geico stopped payment on our rental car two days before I received any documentation from them and they will still not pay for this expense, even though the car is getting repaired now and I am stuck with one car. Geico is putting a lot of after market parts on my car event though it is only 1.5 years old! I can't believe how poorly they have treated me!
According to the way the law is written, I have to sue the driver of the car, not Geico, so that is what I am going to do! Hopefully this ends up biting Geico somehow. All I can say is DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS! ok, I said it!

Amazing Customer Service, Best Price
First, I switched to Geico because they have seriously amazing rates. I haven't found anyone who quotes me as low as my Geico premium for full coverage on my vehicle. I have had several incidents that I've had to have taken care of, and their customer service has been absolutely wonderful - kind, prompt, and responsive. I can always get someone on the phone 24/7 if I need help. There have been a few times where something was messed up with the rental or something else, and they were so fast to fix things and take care of me. They try very hard to earn their 10/10 ratings, and they have certainly earned it. I am very, very pleased. Thank you Geico. I have been insured with them since 2004.

Geico Was Over Twice The Cost For The Same Insuran
Geico was over TWICE the cost for the same insurance as The Hartford which I now have.
Geico quotes you costs for 6 (SIX) months rather than on a yearly basis so it doesn't hiy you that you are payinf too much.
They give good service, but at a high cost.

My Ac Does Not Work And Geico Car Insurance Will
My AC does not work and Geico Car Insurance will not cover it. The damage that was done is not within the scope of the exclusions on this policy, which has a $250 deductible. They are trying to tell me that because something hit it, possibly a rock (which can not be proved) it is considered a collision and will cost me my $500 deductible...

Geico Car Insurance Has Always Been Good To Me Ove
Geico car insurance has always been good to me over the years that I have been involved with them. In 1996 I had an accident. My truck was totaled. the very next day I had a check from them. It was my fault. I was on probation for 3 years. My policy hardly went up at all. After that I had a clean record and my priemems went back down. I got almost all the money that I had paid for my truck when I had bought it new in 1996.
About the Cheapest Insurance around. I am retired. It cost me nine Hundred Dollars for 2 cars with Full Coverage for a Full Year.

I Insured With Geico For Years. After Retiring My
I insured with Geico for years. After retiring my mileage dropped dramatically but my premiums didn't. I decided to go with another company that beat Geico significantly in price and coverage. Geico then pulled a stunt by calling my wife and asking if we had gone with another company. When she told them we had, they asserted that they had continued to cover us beyond the time we had paid for knowing we had not filed a claim. They demanded more money and when we refused they sent their trumped up bill to a collection agency. We found their employees to be arrogant. We now have to go to our insurance commissioner with a complaint.

I Was Involved In A Car Accident 4 Years Ago While
I was involved in a car accident 4 years ago while with Hartford insurance (which was a great company to deal with by the way), and I was 0% at fault, and it was determined that the other driver was 100% at fault. A year later, I was a secondary insured driver on a GEICO policy. After GEICO, I switched back to Hartford. Now, when I wanted to get GEICO again, they came up with a story that when I signed up with them several years ago, I told them that I was 100% at fault in the accident and that I got a reckless driving ticket for the accident. I have never received a reckless driving tickets in my life, and the accident was 0% my fault, so why would I tell them the complete opposite. They insisted that their records indicated it, but they had no other proof that these things were true. They gave me a premium of 2660 a year instead of 1736 that they quoted me before coming up with this ridiculous story. Now, it was up to me to prove them wrong. I faxed them a copy of the police report, my DMV driving abstract (showing that I had no tickets), and a letter from the Hartford insurance company stating that I was 0% at fault. They finally agreed to lower my premium, but they did not lower it to what they said in the beginning, but gave me 2094/year, which is $358 more than it should have been. They offered no apology or explanation as to why their records said what they said. I think they have falsified them so that they can get away with getting a much higher premium in hopes that I would not be able to prove them wrong. Well, I did.

I think Geico is not there for the customer. My job position was eliminated and I did not have the money to pay for one month only!, I have been with them since 1991, and asked for a one week break. They would not budge or offer to at least give me a week. They insisted on some form of payment which I did not have. I really pleaded my case. Even after being with them for 16 years; no claims they still would not work with me. I did cancel with them due to their unwillingness to give a loyal customer for only a week! I obviously cancelled my policy with them and went with AIG and am very happy with them. I would never use Geico ever again!!
