Midas diamonds was recommended to me by a friend and they sure didn't disappoint! With working full time I found it difficult to get in store to see their selection of engagement rings so I contacted the owner who went above and beyond to help me in my search! I emailed him photographs of what sort of ring I was looking for for my now fiancée and he responded almost immediately with suitable options within my budget and found exactly what I was looking for! I also needed the ring at short notice but couldn't get to the store to pick it up so he arranged next day delivery with a guaranteed return if we were not satisfied. We obviously did not require this service as both my fiancée and I love the ring-it is just perfect! We are now returning to choose our wedding rings and can't wait! A fantastic, family run business-you won't find customer service like this anywhere else!

Could not be any happier with the service I received from Midas. They were always there to discuss anything and kept me upto date with the progress of my purchase. Had my engagement ring purchased here a few years ago and went back to buy my wedding rings a few weeks ago. First of all the remembered me by name even though I haven't been in for some time, helped me and my wife to be design our rings via computer which makes it feel personal and the result is beautiful hand made rings. Spent a gorgeous Saturday afternoon at Midas, working with their designer on my engagement ring. Such a professional service, with loads of ideas, but not pushy at all. Love being able to see the design on a digital drawing, which makes it seem real and less scary committing to a big purchase. Would recommend Midas to anyone looking for a stunning jewellery that's competitively priced and comes with expert advice. While I was there they cleaned my other jewellery, which i thought was a lovely touch and it felt like the staff were genuinely keen to help. Great choice of jewellery in the window and also worth asking about their bespoke options. Have told my fiance to take note for birthdays, anniversaries etc!

Went to get an insurance valuation for my diamond engagement ring and they noticed the setting was loose, which I wasn't aware of. They not only repaired the ring and cleaned it, but also cleaned my wedding ring. They quickly got back to me regarding insurance and offered me unbiased advice. Never had such lovely service and will be returning to Midas for all my jewellery needs. A super helpful, courteous and friendly staff and I will be recommending them to all friends and family. Brilliant! ...and so rare in this day and age.

My fiancée and I visited this family run jewellers based on a recommendation from a friend.
