Ordered goods from Medea Direct pre xmas.
only sent out when I had chased in Jan with apologies
Then sent wrong quantity in an old jiffy bag with scrawl on it.
Phoned to complain - no responses, as yet.
Now emailed in the vain hope of a reply........
Will be charging back via bank I have wasted my time with this company and have been embarrassed in not being able to get the goods I ordered to my friend who is waiting for them. I paid on 30th Dec and have still not sorted my order out yet.


Personally I will NEVER use them again.
