Bought a phone but did not operate as expected. Arranged a return. When through procedure and printed off returns label. Phone came back 'No longer at this address' Rang telephone number as given in PayPal, number not recognised. Emailed them, still waiting for a reply. Tried website, 'Website down for maintaince'. 2 weeks now no contact, have raise a PayPal dispute, awaiting result.

Great phone, iPhone XS, sold as refurb but was in new condition, even down to the shrink-wrap packaging. I’d read that companies don’t always provide the charger with refurbs, but this one had the charger, basic iinstruction leaflet and earphones just like a new one. The phone came in a flawless iPhone box. I managed to save £300, so I’m extremely pleased. The delivery was quick and the communication was very good so I could arrange to be at home exactly when the parcel was delivered. I would definitely recommend TelephonesOnline..

bought an iPhone 7 Plus sim free from this lot via amazon.I then bought a sim card from Vodafone, they said the phone was fautly and to send it back. So I did, telephones online said there's nothing wrong with and wouldn't refund me, and only offered to send the phone back to me, which they clearly repaired and fobbed me off, as I couldn't wait 3 weeks for them to say what they would do, so got myself a new one direct from Apple, so £780 down! Sales of goods act... not fit for purpose... Ask Trading Standards... go and report and complain on Amazon social media pages and on Telephones Online social media....

I am SO impressed by this company's service and customer support. I wish that all on-line traders could be close to as good. Briefly - I lost my iPhone 7 and certain that it was probably gone for good I searched on line for the best deal I could get on a replacement and found this company. They had a 'pristine' iPhone7 the same spec as the one I lost at about £200 off the price of a new, sealed phone. (see their website for description of 'pristine' it's 'as new, generally) I checked all the Terms and Conditions and in particular the 14 day returns policy. I used their online chat function to verify that if I wasn't happy that 'pristine' wasn't up to my expectation I could return it and they assured me. So I ordered. It arrived the next day - about half an hour after I had my old phone returned to me... So I didn't open the package. I tried friends and family to see if anyone else wanted to buy it for the same price, but no takers. So I contacted Telephones Online to request a return. Absolutely no quibble, debate, whatever - straightforward, quick response (apologised for the delay in emailing me back... 45 minutes later! I wish others were so 'delayed'!) - and I sent it off, still in the shipping bag that it arrived in, and within a working day the sale was cancelled, refund made, a confirmation personal email from Phil in customer service to let me know in addition to the automated notification. I buy a lot on line and have frankly never seen such great service, especially as I had 'messed them around' ordering a phone in a panic then cancelled the order a couple of days later. I have recommended the company to several others and will certainly return to them in the future when I need telephony products. And I particularly commend the person I dealt with for the way in which he dealt with everything. Really a refreshing experience from start to finish. Well done Telephones Online and to the person I dealt with !!!

I bought a baby monitor from this site, not realising they are refurbished products. The site is not clear except for small font in one place. The first monitor I bought had several issues so I contacted the company and they quickly issued a replacement, however the replacement had more issues than the first - at which point the company decided to not resolve and just offered a refund and return of product. The initial customer service was very good and fast however I am disappointed that they aren't able to send a fully working replacement.

I ordered a BT Trio Phone Set, It arrived very quickly, but I did NOT realise I was ordering a Second Hand or Refurbished Phone I thought it would be a New One, Perhaps might fault. I emailed the company,I Returned the Phone, and I must say I received a Refund back directly into my account the NEXT DAY.

After struggling to find one elsewhere online I ordered an iPhone Otterbox case for the iPhone 4. The case that arrived was a terribly made fake and felt so cheap and flimsy. Having owned and handled several real Otterbox products it was glaringly obvious this was a cheap copy. I felt so annoyed that they had tried to pass off a fake product, going so far as to box it in real Otterbox packaging (clearly reused and sellotaped at the corners). I contacted customer services straight away, was told they would refund me immediately. Here we are 1 month later and I'm still waiting for a refund. I trusted the 5 star reviews I saw online- probably written by the company. Save yourself hassle- steer well clear!

Delivery was fine of the item and the price was good, however the products didn't work as described. The company only give a month for a refund for faulty products, but will fix or replace up to 12 months. The worst part of this company is their customer service manager He has been VERY cocky and rude in his discussions with me. I'd rather pay more and shop elsewhere. Stay clear.

I have to admit to having been rather astounded at the range of home cordless phones so I phoned them up ( free! ) and talked through to get a good idea of what top go for. Ended up on a Gigaset twin telephones which were dispatched ( free ) and I received them 36 hours later. They were, and are, perfect. All in all - just what I hope for when shopping online - quick, painless and cheap.

Our BT Converse phone had, according to the BT Engineer, an inherant fault which had been there for some time. The phone was 6 weeks out of warranty and telephonesonline did not wan to know and were most unhelpful.

I purchased a Gaggia Baby Class refurbished from this seller. Having used them previously I was quite happy with the way they did business. This time round though, things were different.Royal mail failed to deliver in accordance with their tracking and claimed they came. Two peoplle in all day and no card. Either they were lying or went to wrong house. The refurbished gaggia was well used. Te button labels were wearing off. It must have been about two or three years old, however it was clean. I understand paying less for a refurb, but not one this old. Do yourself a favour and buy second hand on ebay you may get a much less worn machine.. All in all, disapointment this time round :(

Reading the other reviews on this site, I think that buying from telephones online is a bit hit or miss. There are certainly bargains to be had, however there were a couple of problem with our order, and that's where you see the real strength of a company, how well does it put things right?
The first attempt at sending our BT Synergy phone fell down a tracking black hole at the royal mail, and to telephones online's credit they quickly sent a second parcel. Unfortunately, the 'refurbished' product just didn't work properly and we sent it back for a refund. The refund then took a month to materialise.
Customer service were always prompt at replying to e-mail and promised to sort things, but it took repeated chase-ups to get the money back. I think that they are well intentioned, it's just not the same level of service you would get if you had issues with, say, an Amazon order.
We've been rather put off the whole 'refurbished product' idea after this experience, but if you are willing to take the chance and are lucky enough to get a properly working item, this may be the firm for you.

I ordered a BT synergy 5500 triple phone set with answer machine. The site was easy to use and has a good choice. I went out and looked at the various phones in the big retailers. I ordered the phone and it arrived 3 days later( including weekend).The BT synergy is a great phone and easy to use. It has lots of great features, a good answer phone and two extension phones , all this for £36, an absolute bargain. Although sold as refurbed the phone was in original packaging and as far as i could see looked brand new in every way. 5 star deal and definitely recommended.

Initial delivery of Magicbox phones did not work however contacted customer services went through a few troubleshooting points (incase it was me!) but could not find a solution. Upon finding this out the customer services immediately had another set despatched to me and arranged for the courier to pick up the faulty ones. This was all done within a day!!
Excellent customer service and the new phones seem to work a treat. Great value for money.

I have used this website twice and the same problem with delivery both times - at first I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and was lured back by the cheap prices and fairly good customer service, but I wouldn't use this website again after the 2nd time, if only because their courier is so rubbish.
The problem was that the courier said they had delivered the phone and it had been signed for, but I had not received it. Both times customer services were quite helpful and just sent another one out, but it strikes me as odd. To be fair the phones work fine.

I had herd that there were really good deals on telephones online and I looked around the site and found this siemens phone really cheap - i could not beleive it at all. Just to make sure I phoned them up and they said that if I ordered now I could have the telephone the next day - of course I did.
Well, I got the phone and it is just lovely.
I am glad it is eco friendly as we all have to try to protect the enviroment.
I would have liked to know that I could have bought a twin set before my purchase.

How refreshing to deal with a company with such excellent customer service. Having sold this product at a fantastic price, this company have been brilliant in dealing with a problem I had with my monitor 10 months after purchase. They have replied instantly when I contacted them and immediately sent a replacement. Thank you very much, considering the awful service I have come to expect from Internet shopping when things have gone wrong, this has restored my faith!

wanted a digital frame but they were too expensive, then i fould telephones online and found they had them under £60!! i needed some extra information on them so called the customer service number and the gentleman was extremely helpful and informative. i wanted a 10"frame which they were selling at 59.99. he then processed the order on the phone and told me i would receive the frame the next day. the courier did deliver the following day and i was really pleased with the price and service i got from telephones online. would defintely use them again. my frame sits pride of place in my kitchen!!

Bought a Dvd player and some phones from telephones online spoke with Nick who was most helpful and guided me to the best products for my needs, also after placing the order i received the package the next day great service all round

i think that a lot of companies dont have the resources or time to deal with a low value item which is out of warranty, thats why warranties have times.
