My Order Never Arrived.
I placed an order, received an email that my order has shipped, order never came. When I contacted Vista Print they said that UPS must have lost the order, but UPS said they never had the order. Vista Prints solution-"maybe you would have better luck ordering from a local print store". WOW terrible way to conduct a business. Never again will I order from them. My business will be impacted by their poor service. So disappointed.
Excellent Service!
We had ordered our wedding invitations off visit print, only to find out we wouldn't be able to have the wedding on the date we had originally picked. The invitations turned out amazing the quality was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I had reached out to the company because I was so heart broken that we had these amazing invitations and couldn't use them. Visit print being the amazing company they are offered a refund on something that wasn't even wrong on their behalf. We greatly appreciate it and will be back for future business.
Value For Money
Charged £75 For No Service!
I used vista print for a web site, went either as they are a big company, despite being more expensive than others. My web site was suspended by them as I forgot to change my bank card ( my fault ) after a couple of months, when I realised, I amended the details and was rewarded by having 3 payments taken out in one week. I rang them to ask for a refund as I had been charged for 2 months and not received anything. This was refused and for a small business that is quite a big deal.
Have now cancelled and won't use them again.
Poor Customer Service
Vistaprint had a great offer but my order has not arrived after 15 days. It is 3 days past the last estimated arrival date. I went to their website to track the arrival of my order and the website says there is no information on when my order will arrive. I've called the customer service line and was told the wait would be 2 mins but am still waiting after 10 mins .... Time to write a review.
Beware Of The Vista Print Design Logo Service...a Total Sham
I am currently desperately trying to sort out my company logo. I paid for vistaprints logo service, which gives you 3 revisions. After my 1st revision they have lost the second insturctions for revision emailed back. After 2 hours on the phone today I was assured a call back by the end of the day, only to later be told the design team would ring tomorrow.
Each revision takes 2 days, and I haven't even had the call back to take instructions.
Incredibly poor communication and frustrating delays. Designs sent also do not match instructions sent and are poor quality. Very poor service.
Wankstain
I recently ordered business cards for my client that I created and they were great I could not wait to see them printed and decided to use their site as they would turn out professional. Both myself and my client were not happy with the order and so I would expect and appreciate if they could resend the order to a professional standard or refund me the full amount I paid for business cards that are not even cut straight you would think they had employed a blind person and email address is cut off is just not acceptable. They have yet to reply. DONT USE VISTA PRINT
Poor Quality "thats Why They Are Cheap"
I have used Vista Print in the past, when I re- ordered business cards then they where all misprinted but thought I would give them another chance! I received new business cards very cheap looking, could have done better myself on PC! Will be embarrassed to hand these out.
Good Prices But Too Slow Service
ordered a photo calendar, everything seems ok considering the price and quality i've paid for but the delivery is far too slow & customer service could be better too.
Do Not Use Them!
I ordered 3 photobooks with photocovers. The books arrived with lots of blank pages and a blank cover. I emailed vistaprint, they apologised and sent me a website credit to try again. I tried again, thinking it was a one-of mistake. The photobooks arrived, again with blank pages and a blank cover. I emailed them, and again they wanted to give me a website credit. I told them I wanted a refund as I did not want to waste my time on a third occasion. Vistaprint emailed back " Meanwhile, to guarantee your satisfaction and with regard to your refund request, I kindly inform you that you will shortly receive an automated email containing a Web Form link." I never got this email. I kept emailing vistaprint, and finally I got this response from Vistaprint:
"Would you please send the following details to this email address, so that we will process a manual refund to your bank account for the cost of the photobook: Claims-IBAN number
-Swift code/BIC
-Bank account number
-Billing address
-Bank Name
-Customer Email"
I sent my details as requested and heard nothing. I emailed both customer service and claims, and never received a confirmation that my bank information was received or if they would process the refund. I finally emailed to inform Vistaprint I would be giving them poor reviews wherever I could.
I am £45 out of pocket and have wasted way too much time chasing them up.
First Rate Service.
I have just received my business cards and postcards. Absolutely delighted with the quality and the customer service was second to none! I had to call for help 3 times because I was choosing to do something that was out of my comfort zone and spoke to a different person each time and each time I was treated politely and not made to feel bad about not being able to carry out the task myself. They carried out my requests in a very respectful and efficient manner. I can not praise the service enough and would highly recommend vistaprint to everyone. My only slight quibble is that the postage is quite high, not sure if this is down to the courier they use or if the pricing is of vistaprint's own making, either way it is a bit on the high side but all the same I would still use them again.
