John Frieda Frizz-Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum

I have always struggled with frizzy hair and decided to use this product.

I had my hopes up thinking it would work, i followed the instructions carefully however it did not work my hair was still frizzy, very dissapointed! I have recently discovered bed head tigi spoil me defrizzer that worked really well, light texture that just smoothed out the frizz without making my hair greasy more expensive but at leasty it works.

I have very coarse, thick, wavy hair and John Frieda Frizz-Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum was perfect to weight down the poof and it made my hair feel so soft and shiny. My hair was healthy before using it, but the coarse texture made it very wild and out of control. It is probably too heavy for fine-haired individuals though.

I tried this having been a regular user of the original serum, thought I would see what difference it makes. My hair is wild and naturally wavy and really needs help at times! The first time I used this, I used too much. Using as much as I always did of the original serum, my hair looked greasy and felt horrible, I had to wash it out and start again, so be warned! A little less! Needs to be applied to very wet hair, straight after washing and conditioning rinse the hair then apply while hair is still dripping. Make sure it is distributed well throughout the hair. What I then do is pat hair with towel, tie back in a ponytail and allow to dry naturally overnight. This sort of styles my hair with no real effort! I get lovely waves and curls without it sticking up all over the place! All I then have to do is straighten my now very curly fringe! John Frieda have now made their serum in 3 different strengths, the extra strength is fantastic if you have very wavy, course, dry hair prone to frizz, I can't say it is better than the original, it is obviously just stronger which is better if you need more help controlling your hair!
