Ordered a scanner from Jungle, which was apparently in stock, only for estimated despatch date to come up as two weeks' time. That then shortened to two days time, but got pushed back a day, day after day.
Rang to cancel, but was told, "It's already in 'Picking' status, so you can't cancel. You'll have to refuse delivery."
Now in limbo, waiting for a scanner that never comes, but can't order from a decent supplier until this one is cancelled... jungle.com - absolutely worse than useless.

I have ordered from Jungle approx. 3 times because they were a little cheaper than Dabs.com. Each time their stock level said the item was available and during the order process I was given a delivery time. Each time the item didn't come when it should have and on checking the order status instead of 'available' it had reverted to 'on order' or 'awaiting delivery from manufacturer' or similar. They shouldn't be allowed to mislead you like that - I will never use them again!!

I agree with this review. Jungle were a good company but have gone steadily down hill over the last 12 to 18 months.
