Karcher RC3000 RoboCleaner

I purchased this when it was first marketed

I found it extremely reliable but spares have always been impossible to obtain.

An exelent machine if you can manufacture micro screens, brushes, and battery packs at home as after sales is nonexistant.

Cleaner bags can be obtained only with great difficulty.

REVIEW of Karcher RC3000 RoboCleaner

A true vacuuming Robot, that ' s what the Karcher RC3000 is. It actually does what it's supposed to do "vacuums the floor on it's own & does a great job each and every time.

Truly autonomous. Plug it in, set it and leave it to do it ' s work "even when owner is away! Automatically returns to it ' s Base station for recharging and emptying the dirt collected during a mission "perfect docking each and every time.

Excellent for people with allergies (like myself). The Robot empties itself into a fitter bag in the base station "I never come in contact with any of the dust/dirt the Robot has collected. The bag usually last around 4-5 weeks for me (I vacuum at least once daily). The Base Station has a light that tells me when the bag requires replacing, which is very easy to do with no mess.

This Robotic vacuum even cleans it ' s own brush (loving it). This is done when the Robot returns to the Base station for recharging. I can ' t believe how clean the brush and the bottom of the Robot are after each mission. Seeing is believing.

Extremely quiet. I still can ' t believe how quiet the RC3000 Robotic vacuum is. It is never annoying or bothersome.

One concern I had prior to purchasing was that I had heard that this Robotic Vacuum had low suction "not so. Rather, the set amount of suction combined with the Robots set speed actually work together to insure that the Robot ' s cleaning missions of my floors (carpet, wood, stone, tile) are carried out effectively and efficiently and without causing fine dust that has settled on the floor to become airborne during cleaning missions.

I ' ll end my notes by saying that I am very, very happy with this Robotic vacuum. Yes, it is expensive, but oh so worth it. Though I do have other vacuuming Robots, none even compare to this. The fact that it ' s so well built should not be a shocker to anyone "after all, it is German-engineering "can ' t beat that!
