Acorn Adventure

I would recommend it to lots of people because the one in the Brecon Beacons in Wales was really fun and all of the staff were really nice and they gave you nice food and you could have four people in a tent. They are really fun and the leader is really helpful and they are kind and listen to you if you have any problems. They have their own toilets and showers and girls and boys ones are on separate sides. They have their own rock climbing and abseiling walls and there is a hill which is called Pen-Y-Fan and if you reach the top there is a stone that is from the olden days which guided people around. They have a function room which has games in it and there is a vending machine inside it and there is two others outside it. If you go there i recommend to bring trousers you don't mind getting muddy because sometimes there is a lot of mud around. They have disco's as well and staff dance on stage and you can copy there dance moves. All the staff are fun and joy-able and they mess around with you and it is really fun!!!

Had a great time with Acorn in France and Italy. Activities like the 2 day descent of the Ardeche river were thrilling and quite brilliant. However on the final night before my return to the UK, about half of my group including myself were sick and had terrible diarrhea. After seeing a doctor, he concluded it was food poisoning and we all came to the conclusion that it was the chicken that Acorn served us. Great for activities but really let down with the food poisoning incident.

I went with my school in july and its was amazing. The food was good and you can go up for more if you havent had enough. Also eerything lived up to the expectations and you will never get bored. The town is good and the white water rafting is so good and cant be missed. Bring food, pillows and activitives for on coach as it will get boring but you can sleep as you drive through the night. I am going going again this year and is worth the money as it includes so many different activities and the weather is just right.

Great! Really thought acorn adventure was worth it. The instructors were young and full of beans! The activities were very unique. They need to improve on accomodation and food but otherwise it was fine!!! The evenings were full of fun activities and the bar gave the children a chance to feel more adult. The tents did drip so watch out for that but all in all we got enough sleep. The website gives no clue of pricing so it was Hard at first to find out about the value of money for this. But after a quick email i was told of the prices. I would reccomend this to others as a fun trip for a roudy lot of teenagers trip!
