To this company's staffmembers: Shame on you! I contacted this company because I wanted to order a nice bouquet of sympathyflowers and have them delivered at a funeral service. As I live in Belgium, I tried the online chatline to get in touch with this company first, just to make sure the date and place of delivery (Fort Lauderdale) was within their reach. I gave my telephonenumber and email address. They mailed me: "One of our experienced sales associates will contact you and help you with your floral needs." Even after 2 days, nobody had contacted me. I think it's a disgrace and I feel very embarrassed because I didn't have the opportunity to contact another company in time for the funeral service. (we are 6 hours ahead of the USA). C. Rowe
