Frankie and Benny's, Ashton

having eaten at many Frankie and Bennys restaurants throughout the UK, and in fairness they are all usually very good I can not believe the poor quality of food and service received at the Ashton Moss site on Sunday the 22nd August.The food, was at best, of average quality some of which was inedible and was sent back, service was slow and there were many other tables (in only a partially occupied restaurant)complaining.The visit was for a Birthday celebration and needless to say the evening was far from perfect and somewhat embarrassing as i had persuaded a family member to attend only for him to be served with poor quality food.My advice, good to another branch of F&B,s, Ashton Moss is dreadful!!!!

rencently took my mother and daughter out to frankie and bennies in kings lynn , norfolk . the waiter was very pleasent and helpful ,the rest was a complete nightmare . food very poor standard ,the place looked like it was in great need of a good clean . the whole exsperiance was so bad, when we complained it appeared to not be taken seriously . there was a lack of staff ,with many other people waiting . some of the other staff looked very un tidy .

Having read the few reviews showing, I think there must be another establishment that I am unaware of. We have been to the Frankie and Bennies at Ashton Moss (and others) many times however; the two most recent have been utter disasters and that my friends makes it expensive!

I am of the opinio that no matter what you pay for a meal 'out' if it was good quality food and you enjoyed it, then the cost is of no consequence.

We went Wednesday July 29th (4 kids 2 adults,)absolutely awful, all of it, then, stupidly thinking the 29th was a 'one off' we went again on Monday 3rd August (3 kids 3 adults.) The adult meals were dreadful, service slow, very very very slow, the place was almost empty by the way, it was around 5.30pm. The best I can say is that the waitress was very nice and pleasant and had the decency to look embarrassed at ourcomments on the rubbish we were served and the amount of food on the plates she removed from the table.

They have had 2 chances now, we won't be using Frankie and Bennies at Ashton Moss again.

I have written a letter of complaint to Frankie and Bennies head office, I sent it on the 4th of August, I am writing this review (my first ever) because to date I have not received any form of response!

I just love going to the Ashton branch of Frankie and Bennys every Wednesday evening before we go to the pictures. The staff are always pleasant, good service, and they cannot do enough for you.

I love taking the kids to Frankie and Benny's! The menu a has good choice, the restaurant is clean and the food is good with a decent price. Frankie and Benny's is always full and you usually have to wait for a table. The atmosphere is lively with loudish music and fast service. if you want a quiet night then isn't not going to be your cup of tea - for teenagers its perfect!

The food at Frankie and Benny's is so good with loads of choice, every dish I have had their I have been able to send complements to the chef. You can see the chefs cooking, the staff are all lively and friendly which brightens up everyone spirits making it a lively restaurant.

The wait time can be a bit bad sometimes but only because its more popular than there is seats.

Prices are a bit much but for the food I really do think you get more for what yo pay.

Sometimes it can be a bit too noisy but only when there are birthdays there and its not really annoying unless you have a lot of birthdays which I have had when I went and it wasn't very nice hearing them sing about 3 times but that's just me being unlucky.

Apart from that its a really good restaurant that I would definitely recommend to a friend. Love it!
