Tried to make a payment over the 'phone ("QuickServ"). Not so quick. Tried to read the PIN number and input it to the 'phone, and I just ran out of time. Silly robot woman started burbling again. Tried a second time. She didn't recognise it. Input it a third time. She just pushed me through to "an adviser" - there was a queue, of course, of indeterminate length ("due to our products being so popular"!). There's too much burble on these phone lines - why is it necessary to say, "Just so you know...", for example? I gave up, and went on line.

I don't know whats happened to Kaleidoscope. I have shopped with them for years but the quality of the clothes has slowly diminished its such a shame, because you could always rely on them for their quality there variety. Its changed and not for the better in my opinion.

I had a DD set up which through some banking error was not paid. I have spent the best part of an hour trying to pay by other methods. I simly wanted the outstanding balance cleared, as ever.

Find that having to pay for delivery when item has been returned bad practise. Not impressed.

I had my account for a few months and all was ok until I applied a discount code... I suggest that when applying a discount code take a screen print... my statement came with no code applied, when I queried this I was told the item wasn't eligible and I could no longer prove otherwise.

I used the call centre on Friday 25th Nov to return 3 small items, the agreed a collection day Monday 28th Nov, stayed in all day no collection, tried to call 6/7 times hanging on for at least 15 minutes each time, then gave up,I have just got an email to say they tried to collect on Friday, or failed. I have always had a great delivery & collection service from Hermes, so I feel there was misunderstanding, I have now received a label printed off, but it has now gone over the date to return the items,but I was in date when I made the call & I can't get hold of anyone, I am complaining on email!!! Pat

Poor quality material very thin and see through, very pale in colour. Looking at the pictures of the bedding I was expecting it to be more vibrant! Disappointed. I got it in the sales, good job really because I'm afraid if I'd have paid the full price I would have sent it back.

I have used Kaleidoscope for many years. The standard has reduced somewhat in that time but still some nice items of clothing at times. I have decided to cancel my account now because of the fairly high delivery charge but more importantly because we now have to print our own return labels .... unless we live abroad and then Kaleidoscope will do it for us! That is a completely unsatisfactory arrangement as far as I am concerned and not in the least a customer focused policy.

Very confusing web site. logged in to Kaleidoscope as want to check that I have a nil credit as I wish to close account. I know it is linked with a lot of other catalogues but it just shows my Bon Prix account. why do they make it so confusing.

A lot of good stuff to buy but be aware of high interest charges in my case it was £6 in a week I will not be using again I don't think they explain how exactly they come to interest charge but must be at least 30% a month

I received an order code for 10% off and free postage but when I tried to apply it it was not accepted. I spoke with an adviser and she said she would make sure the code was applied but when I got the statement there was no reduction and I had to pay postage, which I have done. It is not the first time this has happened.

Having been phoned on my mobile I have attempted to call on several occasions without success. I can only assume I needed to make a payment, which I have done, it would be good to get an email if there is a problem as the phone is impossible.

i will not be using kaleidoscope again, although It probably tells you somewhere in all the 'small print' I think £12 on a small default payment of a few days is extortionate and is NOT a true reflection of any loss to your company Regards

I ordered a pair of jeans thinking the delivery was free but on returning them was charged £3.99. Not too pleased
