Ordered from this company and never took delivery of the item when I emailed them they didn’t want to know basically called us liars rude customer service didn’t help us had to claim the money back from PayPal don’t give them your custom

I Went To Buy A Nikon Lens.
I went to one of their northern shops, I asked if they would price match, i give them my phone number, two/three days later i got a voicemail to let me know i had not been forget about, I have now been waiting over three weeks. Nothing, All they had to do was tell me they could not price match, it would have been fine if they had said something, just left wondering.
Same with me, been waiting over a week to see if they will price match 0n a £3,000 lens and it’s only £50 different. Oh well looks like they don’t need my custom, will just buy from elsewhere

Took my entry level Nikon D3200 in on 1/8/16 for a simple sensor clean.
Collected it on 2/8/16...foolishly did not check it before I got home.
Nothing I initally did took a focused shot.
Got the shots on Auto to work but every shot i took on manual was hopelessly blurred.
Called the shop and advised to return when I could.
on further checking there is a significant piece of dirt,or similar to be seen when looking through the viewer and a spot on the lens.
I can categorically say that these were not there when I took the camera in.
When I returned on the morning of 3/8/16 the guy who I saw switched the camera on, turned sideways so that I could not what he was adjusting. I even, light heartedly, asked him to let me see what he was doing. he didnt move. Eventually he took some shots and declared that there was nothing wrong.
I had the distinct impression that my lowly entry camera was beneath his job description to be handling.
Im upgrading to a D7200 soon. will walk the extra 10yds to Jessops and save £35!!!!

Dishonest Seller.
Recently purchased a camera. Arrived fast and well packed. However the lens had a finger spot on it. Customer support replied fast but didn't seem to care much:" If you are happy to keep the camera then that’s great, if you do decide to return it for a refund then you have up to 14 days from purchase."
No apologies plus the return policy is actually from the day of delivery.
It appeared to be the last one in stock. I have a feeling it was a display one, which they agreed it could be a possibility but neither confirm nor deny it. If the camera has been out of the box and used is not new anymore. You should mention that to the buyer. Will not buy again from them.

Very Quick, Exactly As Promised
I ordered a Sony DSC90V from them, as the price was very competitive. Within 24 hours they said it had been despatched, and 24 hours later I got a call saying it had been returned to them by FedEx looking like it had been run over, so they were immediately sending out another one. It arrived within 24 hours.
So they kept me informed, and did what they promised, and the camera is a UK product not an import - so all around exactly what I wanted

Went Back On Their Word
I went into the Preston branch and was told that they could price match with another company. I ensured that I repeated the price several times and each time was told that this was fine. It was suggested that I leave the shop while they charged a battery to test two lenses I was trading in. When I returned to the shop the same sales representative completed the trade in for my lenses and only when I came to pay did he then say they could not do the price match. He then made out that he had never agreed to anything and did not apologise. I was left feeling belittled and embarrassed in a busy shop.

Outstanding Service, Really Cannot Fault It
Ordered a new BenQ monitor on Sunday, phoned them on Monday to ask when it was likely to be delivered (as they had stated a 2-3 day delivery window on their website), and was told most likely to be Wednesday. It arrived on Tuesday morning – outstanding!!
Their price was on par with all the other stockists I'd found, but they included free shipping.
The Place To Go To Buy A Camera
Visited the Preston store to buy a camera to take on Safari. We had limited knowledge of cameras.
Staff spent over an hour discussing our options and demonstrating equipment within our price range,they could not have been more helpful.
Prices comparable with online stores, but with the benefits of personal help and service.
Very pleased with our purchase.
Would highly recommend.

Bought a camera and SD card from Carlisle store a few weeks ago at a price matching most internet prices - including potential grey imports!
Had recent trouble with recovery from card - probably my tech fault - and referred back to store. They replaced card and recovered images to a disc at no cost. An excellent service. Thank you

No Returns Policy
Bought a Sony camera for 190 as a gift as the staff member told me it had macro settings, on my return home noticed the camera had no macro settings just an auto mode, when I took the camera back to shop they refused to give my money back or exchange as they have a no returns policy, staff were and manager were utterly despicable, I strongly suggest to avoid Liverpool store and go to currys digital, if it was not for the law of the land I could bounced that horrible manager of all the walls in that awful shop.
