Ultra-efficient Service. Second-hand Lens Better Than Descri

Ordered Canon 180mm Macro lens described as Very Good condition on Friday. Arrived Saturday even though next working day was Monday. Condition was pristine. Very happy with Harrison Cameras.

Used Sigma Macro Lens

I bought a used sigma macro lens but found a problem with the manual focus. The customer service was excellent and they sent the lens to Sigma for repair. I got it back today and its like a brand new lens.

From my original order to having it back took less than 3 weeks. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again

First Time Buyer Very Pleased!

After lurking on several used-photographic gear sites, I finally took the plunge, and decided to go with Harrison Cameras. As this was an online purchase with no previous, I was, I must admit, a little apprehensive about my purchase: an early Panasonic mft body and an Olympus E series telephoto.Well, the body is in very good condition and the lens appears mint.

A very positive experience, the downside being I will be back!

Not To Be Trusted

I spotted a wimberly head at harrisons my brother a birder wanted one I use to be a birder until I had a eye removed also my misfortune to be referred to Hallamshire.But that's another story .I contact my brother on 13 th oct around 5pm .Get it bought was the message we contacted the warehouse to say we where having problems ordering on line . spoke to a member of staff who had the unit in his hand a the online people had closed for the weekend but it would be held and payment sorted on Monday got a email the member of staff had not put the item on hold and it had been sold to someone else .how this company has be going for 40yrs is unbelievable the staff in the past had to be better than this lot of I####ts .I like to help high street shops we live in rural Lincolnshire where Cameras shops are as rare as hens teeth

mistakes like this from a customers point of view are annoying and makes you think are they are not worth dealing with .Remember a business is as good as its weakest link

White Christmas Tray.

I bought a personalised photo tray from Harrisons cameras recently for a christmas gift for my sister.i had to email nine photos for them to put on the tray.The reason i was disappointed was about three of the photos were a bit blurred,i hadnt realised as i had sent them from my phone and they seemed ok at the time.Also one of the handles of the tray is quite rough and theres a couple of bits of dirt under the tray so i wont be buying from them again. . I would have liked them to have let me know that my photos were not all of the best quality before printing them.

No Interest In Order!!!

Just lost my business, I am about to spend around £15k on a new Leica M system, they couldn't be bothered to call me back as they were too busy.

Broken Product But Quick Refund

I bought a photo frame from them which sadly arrived badly cracked although it had been well wrapped.

They couldn't replace it but offered a refund which they did promptly including the delivery charge which was a pleasant surprise.

Very Disinterested

I went to the Sheffield store after the camera I wanted to buy was shown on their website as being in stock. I travelled twelve miles to get to the store to bemet by a very disinterested female member of staff. She told me that the camera was not in stock and told me that the camera was no longer made. Why was their website not up to date with stock levels?

I will not be recommended their service.
