i have told everyone about my stepper, i have only been using it for 3 weeks (10-15 mintues a day) and eating healthy, the weight is falling off!!! as soon as you step on you can feel it working... goodbye thighs and bingo wings!! i hate cardio and hated going to the gym, but this is perfect for me as i dont have to travel to use it and find it goes great with good music or even during my soaps :) recommend to anyone!..

I have had 4 of these Body Sculpture BS 1370 Twist Mini Stepper, they are great to start with, but if you actually do use it daily, it is not that robust.
My last one only lasted 4 months before the striking plate under the foot gave way - it is reinforced, but not substantially enough !
I love the size and portability - main reason for getting one of these smaller ones.
Am probably about to order No 5...bit more research of others about to follow.
Did have the LTT - waste of time.

Marvellous, easy to use, does not leave you feeling completely sore, and if you pace yourself, allows swift graduation to longer and more intsense workouts.
I have bought loads of home gym equipment, i won't say this is a magic bullet, but i believe if (following a Dr's ok) you use it daily for 20 minutes to good cardio music, in sensible workout clothes, following a reasonable diet you will be pleasantly surprised with the effects.

Having looked at the Body Sculpture BS 1370 Twist Mini Stepper, I am thinking of purchasing this item. It seems to be more durable than the Lateral Thigh Trainer, but I was wondering whether anyone else has one of these and what their thoughts are.
