They take your money even if they don't have the product in stock. That is totally unacceptable. I can understand it when a trader is out of stock and advises you of that fact without taking payment. These herberts just take your money and leave you waiting until you enquire. That tells me that they have poor or non-existant stock control. Get a proper Min-Max system running chaps! It isn't hard. In fairness though, they did respond very quickly and refunded my Paypal account. That's why I haven't marked them down even more. They need advice on acceptable online trading practices. I found the identical item elewhere for LESS THAN HALF the price too.

“Bought a bluetooth car kit which was advertised as...”

Bought a bluetooth car kit which was advertised as brand new. The price was competitive (cost the same in Amazon market place, but postage was free with blueunplugged.com)and the item arrived on time. When opened the envelope, the cover of the bluetooth set was open (looked like someone opened it,had a look and put it back in) with bottom part of the cover torn. The item did not look like used however I bought this as a gift and obviously not suitable for that purpose.
When contacted the company ( I even e mailed a photo of the item in the arrival condition)on the same day and they have blamed this on Royal mail (as damage in transit!!) Also declined refund. Not impressed at all and will not recommend to anyone.
