I took out car finance with Welcome's, and have been very impressed and pleased with the way things have gone. I've been dealing with the Dartford office, and found them always to be very polite and helpful. After three years with them, i'm sorry to have to move to another finance company, seeing as they no longer dapple in this market. RIP Welcome Finance!

My husband and I turned to Welcome Car Finance (Edinburgh branch) after being stupid with money when younger, we were more than satisfied with the service we received and ended up driving away the same day with a lovely Vauxhall Corsa which I have to say was in great condition, we have had the car for about 17 months now and have had no problems at all, it even passed its MOT with flying colours and has only needed a new tyre in that time, The staff were very friendly if not slightly pushy but then they are only doing their job, we told them what we could afford and they delivered. On one occasion we had to move our payment to later in the month and 1 phone call and this was done with no fuss, we will be going back in this year and purchasing another car hopefully havig the same great experience. Welcome may not be for everyone but it was a great help to us, and remember it also helps to start improving your credit score.

I have poor credit and this prompted me to go to Welcome Car Finance. Depsite hearing mixed reviews I thought I would give it a try for myself. I have to say I am glad I did and was very happy with the way I was treated. Everything was fully explined to me and the staff were very helpful. I would definatly recommend them.

i would probably buy a car from Welcome Car Finance again as my experience with them was good, i did pay over the odds for my particular car, i could have got it for £1000 cheaper if i brought it from else where, the original apr rate of 19.9% was wrong and they were quick to inform me of the mistake that had been made and asked me to go back and see them to do new paperwork, and was given a new rate of 11.9 % which i though was pretty good. and with this new rate it made it over a £100 cheaper than i originally thought, i did have a problem with the brakes but this was quickly sorted

I owned a car with £3500 worth of finance on it, that needed a huge repair bill (£1500). I decided to count my losses and traid in. After being turned down by other lenders, (one wanted to charge 39.9% APR) I approached welcome, explained my situation, and they agreed to clear the existing finance, and do me a deal on a similar priced car within my £150 budget. They found me two options, and added a three year Warranty. The deal DID have options added , but I was told that I could remove them if I so requested. Yes, the staff went upstairs to an office and did paperwork behind closed doors, but so do other car dealerships.

I'd use Welcome Finance to build up your credit rating.
I'd definitely use this service again, as we found them very friendly and helpful.

I agree with this review because... i managed to get quite a good apr rate with them, 11.9%, first of all i was given a 19.9 % rate, and a couple of days later i was called back to say i had been given the wrong rate and it saved me around £1000
<br/>i found them helpful and better than another company who wanted me to pay back £11,500, for a car that was priced at £5900
