My Children (girls 6 & 8) Gave It 10 Out Of 10, Ov

My children (girls 6 & 8) gave it 10 out of 10, overall I'd give it 3 coz it's a wonderful production based on no story & weak songs! Lloyd Webber should be shot not Knighted!

I Just Returned From Seeing Cats For The First Tim

I just returned from seeing Cats for the first time. I've been hearing about this musical for 20+ years, and I FINALLY got to see it. What a waste. We paid $51 each and 7 of us left at intermission--all in agreement that it sucked! I NEVER leave anything at intermission, but this was SO BAD I made an exception. Save your money and go see 7 movies if you have to. I can't believe this gets good reviews. Someone please explain it to me--I must be missing something.

Cats Was Such A Waste Of Our Time And Money. We Ha

Cats was such a waste of our time and money. We had been looking forward to going for quite some time and love to go to musicals, but this was T O R T U R E!

They sang "Memories" 3 times...3 times...ridiculous to repeat so much!

You could not understand the words they were singing, so nothing made sense. The people around us were complaining also. People were bored, leaving the hall, and I was playing poker on my cell phone!

The dancers were not together, did not do anything challenging and rarely did anything interesting, with the exception of Rum Tum Tugger.

Unless you like disonant music, musicals without a real story, and repetitive song and dance, stay away, or spend your money on a real gem like Chicago or the Lion King.
