This is a good product spoilt by poor quality control. It's not small and can be either stood on a shelf or suspended by the supplied chain - fixing to a wall is not an option. There's a five year guarantee on the aluminium chassis although the only place this is mentioned is on the box. Straight from the box one of the plastic end caps was broken and a couple of new ones were sent for me to fit. Worryingly, the instructions say to remove the protective guards before use, thereby exposing the 4,000 volt high voltage grid to stray fingers. I phoned the manufacturers who said the the instructions were wrong - DON'T remove the protective guards. The unit is fairly large and is of 'industrial' build although things don't quite fit together properly. There's a tray to collect dead flies, but again this is difficult to remove because it fouls the protective grid on one side, yet another quality control issue.
On the plus side, the performance is excellent, the two 20W UV tubes attracting the flies and the 4,000V grid suitably 'frying' them. Would I buy another one? Yes.
